Deborah Kay Cox

TERRE HAUTE — Deborah Kay Cox, 62, of Terre Haute, passed away on Saturday, Jan. 12, 2013, in Terre Haute Regional Hospital. She was born April 15, 1950, in Terre Haute, to Paul E. Cox and Ruth E. (Butland) Cox.

Debbie is survived by her mother, Ruth Cox of Terre Haute; sisters, Michele Hill of Terre Haute and Paula Page of Brazil; brother, Gary Cox of Oldenburg, Ind.; niece, Brianna Orndorff of West Terre Haute; nephew, Clayton Page of West Terre Haute; great-nephews, Elijah Orndorff and Judah Orndorff, both of West Terre Haute; and great-niece, Emma Orndorff of West Terre Haute.

Debbie was always happy and had a great attitude and outlook on everything in life. She loved music, looking through magazines, good food, and celebrating all of the holidays, especially Halloween, which was her favorite. Debbie resided at Southwood Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, where she met many great friends.

Cremation is scheduled with a quiet family celebration of life at a later time. DeBaun Springhill Chapel, 85 E. Springhill Drive, is in charge of arrangements. Online condolences may be left at:
