MARSHALL, ILL. — Bobbie Dale Veach, 37, of Marshall, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 2, 2012, at his home. He had been a welder for Kimco and GSI. He was born Jan. 30, 1975, at Terre Haute, Ind., the son of Otto Veach and Penny Mullen Veach.

Surviving are his parents of Marshall; a son, Dalton Veach of Marshall; stepchildren, Austin Wyrick and Marah Wyrick of Marshall; his fiancée, Becky Stepp and her children, Shelby Sandefer, Kyle Sandefer, and Brooke Sandefer; a brother, Brandon Veach of Marshall and his girlfriend Molly Cooper; two nephews, Dylan Veach and Coltyn Veach; his former wife, Misty Wyrick of Marshall; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Dale and Wandalee Veach and Bob and Kathryn Mullen; a cousin, Sean O’Rourke; and two special friends, Steve Eitel and Jon Duzan.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, mushroom hunting, cutting firewood, cooking, shopping, grilling out, gardening, and spending time with family and friends.

Services in honor of his life will be 2 p.m. CDT Friday, Oct. 5, 2012, at Pearce Funeral Home, 314 S. 6th St., in Marshall, with Brother John Cutshall officiating. Burial will be in Auburn Cemetery, rural Marshall. Visitation will be 12 noon until service time on Friday at the funeral home.
