--- — Lucas Paul Kelly, 22, of Terre Haute passed away Thursday, October 11, 2011, in his residence. He was born March 1, 1990, in Terre Haute to Bob and Julia Morrison Kelly. Luke had such a kind, warm heart and was a kind, gentle soul. He had a smile that could light up a room. He was a talented artist, loved music and dirt bikes. He loved being outdoors and hiking. Lucas graduated from City High School in Iowa City, Iowa.

He is survived by his father and step-mother, Bob and Jennifer Kelly; two brothers, Jake and Isaac; a sister, Patty; paternal grandmother, Patricia Kelly; maternal grandmother, Peggy Morris; a step-grandma, Penny Bosley; step grandparents, Rod and Bonnie Good; several aunts and uncles, John and Jane Kelly, Ann and Doug Allaire, Larry and Sue Kelly, Jim Kelly, Dan Kelly, Carolyn and John Cristee, Joe Kelly, Katie and Chris Aimone, Mike Morrison, Beth and Otis Long, Bud and Amy Davidson; step-aunts and uncles, Matt and Annie Good, Chris Wagoner and Jill Morris, David and Heather Figlioli, Rod and Amy Good, Brooke and Steve Polivka; step-uncles, Pat Morris, Chris Morris and Chris Good. He is also survived by many cousins. Lucas was preceded in death by his mother, Julia Kelly; grandfathers, Thomas Kelly and Jack Morrison; a step-grandfather, Jim Morris; and aunt, Margaret Mason.

Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted at 10 a.m. Friday, October 19, 2012, in St. Joseph University Parish with Friar John Bamman officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation is scheduled from 4 to 8 p.m.Thursday, October 18, 2012, in Callahan & Hughes Funeral Home, 605 South 25th Street. The family kindly requests that memorial contributions be made to Catholic Charities of Terre Haute, 2931 Ohio Blvd. Terre Haute, IN 47807.
