Third St., (5 Critical, 3 Non-Critical) — Observed food debris in handwash sink; Rice and cheese sauce in steam table found at 111 to 116 degrees F; should be 135 degrees F or above. Found raw chicken and beef stored over cilantro and raw eggs over avocados in walk-in cooler. Pork held past date of consumption. Chili rellenos and tamales not marked with date of consumption.
Tumbleweed Southwest Bar & Grill, 2433 S. Third St., (4 Critical, 3 Non-Critical) — Handwash sink in dishroom found dirty. Observed employee touch raw meat on grill with gloved hands then touch bread on plates with same gloved hands. North soda nozzles found with debris. Baked beans in toppings cooler by grill found past date of consumption (discarded).
Great Wall, 100 N. Third St., (4 Critical, 3 Non-Critical) — Fried food at hot bar 102 to 124 degrees (discarded). Fried and cooked chicken in walk-in not date marked. Pans washed in three-bay sink not being sanitized. Roaches in silverware pre-soak bucket and in bins of flour in basement.
Fortune China Buffet, 8 Plaza North Shopping Center (3 Critical, 2 Non-Critical) — Observed dented cans of food. Cooked chicken, fried chicken, eggrolls, etc. not date marked. Knives on rack observed with dried food debris.
Tiers of Elegance Cakery, 2939 S. Seventh St. (2 Critical, 2 Non-Critical) — Found small glass containers in front handwash sin. Debris found inside ice machine.
Antique Dairy Queen, 395 Davis Ave. (1 Critical, 4 Non-Critical) — No sanitizer measured in three-bay sink or wiping cloths buckets.
Taco Casita, 2201 S. Third St. (1 Critical, 1 Non-Critical) — Inside of ice machine lid cracked and in disrepair.
Country Club of Terre Haute, 57 Allendale (1 Critical, 1 Non-Critical) — Ham and turkey lunchmeat in salad cooler, held past date of consumption (discarded).
J. Gumbo’s, 428 Wabash Ave. (1 Critical) — Observed ice in handwash sink.
