Vigo County Jail Log: May 23, 2012

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Monday and Tuesday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Joseph F. Corns, 32, 3300 block of Old Paris Road, West Terre Haute, was booked at 12:18 a.m. Monday. Failure to appear.

Bryan E. Krumreich, 25, 3200 block of North 24th, Terre Haute, was booked at 6:08 a.m. Monday. Failure to appear.

William Goodman, 27, 600 block of Washington Ave., Terre Haute, was booked at 10:52 a.m. Monday. Bond revocation.

Brandon A. Norris, 20, 7100 block of Mcintosh Lane, Indianapolis, was booked at 11:24 a.m. Friday. Failure to appear.

Amanda M. Fay, 26, 800 block of W. Auman Drive, Carmel, was booked at 11:28 a.m. Monday. Failure to appear.

Dana Stapp, 21, 400 block of W. Taylor Drive, Terre Haute, was booked at 2:15 p.m. Monday. Probation violation.

Amber R. Wills, 18, 1800 block of South 12th, Terre Haute, was booked at 4:36 p.m. Monday. Neglect of a dependant.

Drew R. Sluder, 32, 1800 block of North Seventh St., Terre Haute, was booked at 4:49 p.m. Monday. Bond revocation.

Bryan M. Loudin, 26, 2100 block of North 14th 1/2, Terre Haute, was booked at 5:04 p.m. Monday. Possession of controlled substance.

Cynthia J. Green, 34, 1200 block of North Fourth, Terre Haute, was booked at 6:28 p.m. Monday. Operating while intoxicated and possession of methamphetamine.

Matthew J. Maxwell, 22, 16300 block of S. State Road 63, Farmersburg, was booked at 7:06 p.m. Monday. Rape and criminal confinement.

Steven L. Snodgrass, 46, 1500 block of Wilson St., Terre Haute, was booked at 7:31 p.m. Monday. Driving while suspended.

Gerald Weist, 49, 2500 block of S. 13th St., Terre Haute, was booked at 8:27 p.m. Monday. Receiving stolen property and failure to appear.

Jacob L. Jackson, 24, 6600 block of Maple Grove Drive, Indianapolis, was booked at 10:10 p.m. Monday. Operating while intoxicated and reckless driving.   

Michael S. Harvey, 22, 1900 block of Dohlen, Terre Haute, was booked at 10:13 p.m. Monday.  Possession of methamphetamine and driver never licensed.  

Stephanie Davidson, 24, 1600 block of Fifth Ave., Terre Haute, was booked at 10:47 p.m. Monday. Probation violation and failure to appear.

Alfred Branch, 45, 200 block of Patomack, Terre Haute, was booked at 11:29 p.m. Monday. Criminal conversion and habitual Traffic offender.

Lisa Shultz, 37, 2100 block of Putnam St., Terre Haute, was booked at 11:58 p.m. Monday. Failure to appear.

Jonathan L. Robertson, 32, 1000 block of Blackmon, Clinton, was booked at 12:22 a.m. Tuesday. Failure to appear.

Kimberly P. Stevens, 20, no address given, Terre Haute, was booked at 12:56 a.m. Tuesday. Battery and violation of no contact order.

 Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
