Vigo County Jail Log: June 13, 2012

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Tuesday and Wednesday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Deena R. Hancock, 25, 3000 block of N. 15th 1/2 St., Terre Haute, was booked at 9:21 a.m. Tuesday. Failure to appear.

Albert F. Perry Jr., 48, 1400 block of South Fourth St., Terre Haute, was booked at 9:55 a.m. Tuesday. Failure to appear.

Derrick L. Foster, 30, 5300 block of Shaw Ave., Terre Haute, was booked at 11:16 a.m. Tuesday. Court order.

Khaleeq D.Williams, 20, 3900 block of Planewood Drive, Indianapolis, was booked at 11:20 a.m. Tuesday. Failure to appear and court order.

Ryan Key, 29, 500 block of N. Wallace Ave., Indianapolis, was booked at 11:35 a.m. Tuesday. Failure to appear.

Garold L. Searing, 68, 2500 block of Dillman, Terre Haute, was booked at 4:41 p.m. Tuesday. Probation violation.

Deniz Chirino-Dias, 30, 1500 block of Chase, Terre Haute, was booked at 4:58 p.m. Tuesday. Battery-domestic, criminal trespass, public intoxication and residential entry.

Killian K. Adams, 19, 1900 block of Dahlen Ave., Terre Haute, was booked at 6:16 p.m. Tuesday. Forgery two counts, theft three counts, fraud three counts and receiving stolen property.  

Joshua J. Angel, 29, 2100 block of Blaine, Terre Haute, was booked at 7:48 p.m. Tuesday. Habitual traffic violator.

Shannon Miller, 35, 1800 block of North Ninth St., Terre Haute, was booked at 10:23 p.m. Tuesday. Battery-domestic.

Dariale L. Clark, 22, no address given, Terre Haute, was booked at 1:53 a.m. Wednesday. Possession of handgun w/o license.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
