TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Thursday and Friday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.



• Devin D. Conder, 25, 500 block of Fourth Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 11:53 a.m. Thursday. Forgery and receiving stolen property.

• Bradley G. Buntain, 47, 6800 block of North Wahoo Street, Terre Haute, booked 12:10 p.m. Thursday. Court order.

• Travis D. Campbell, 32, 1900 block of Fifth Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 12:21 p.m. Thursday. Court order.

• David Rayhel, 20, 1400 block of Liberty Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 2:50 p.m. Thursday. Failure to appear.

• Dana J. Oilar, 34, 1400 block of Third Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 3:49 p.m. Thursday. Failure to appear.

• Bobbie C. Brown, 56, 4500 block of South Gaslight Place, Terre Haute, booked 3:57 p.m. Thursday. Leaving scene-property damage, resisting law enforcement, criminal recklessness and driver never licensed.

• Roudyjoe F. Beasley, 34, 1600 block of North 27th Street, Terre Haute, booked 8:30 p.m. Thursday. Court order (two counts).

• Jesse E. Henry, 30, 2200 block of First Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 10:59 p.m. Thursday. Battery-domestic.

• Kimberly South Henry, 30, 1400 block of Fourth Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 11:39 p.m. Thursday. Battery-domestic.

• Patricia J. Puckett, 25, 2900 South First Street, Terre Haute, booked 11:56 p.m. Thursday. Operating while intoxicated.

• Justin L. Richardson, 20, 2400 block of Spruce Street, Terre Haute, booked 1:39 a.m. Friday. Probation violation.

• Daniel A. Brown, 26, 2900 block of Maple Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 2:03 a.m. Friday. Failure to appear.

• Eric D. Roberts, 25, 500 block of West Poplar Street, West Terre Haute, booked 3:36 a.m. Friday. Operating while intoxicated.



Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
