Vigo County Jail Log: Dec. 5 2012

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Tuesday and Wednesday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Tuesday

Randy Sawyer, 42, 300 block of East Logan Street, Cloverdale. Booked 1:08 p.m. Court order.

Carnell D. Sneed, 19, 7300 block of Bahama Court, Indianapolis. Booked 2:18 p.m. Court order (two counts).

Kendel M. Orlando, 27, 2300 block of South 25th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 2:35 p.m. Bond revocation.

Keith Christy, 20, 700 block of West Ash Street, Robinson, Ill. Booked 3:13 p.m. Criminal conversion, possession marijuana/hash and possession of paraphernalia.

Shelby Pope, 21, 300 block of South Vine Street, Brazil. Booked 5:22 p.m. Probation violation.

Kilee B. Akers, 20, 800 block of West Paris Avenue, West Terre Haute. Booked 5:59 p.m. Criminal conversion.

Dustin R. Grigsby, 27, 1600 block of Sixth Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 7:31 p.m. Failure to appear.

Kristopher W. Bunting, 35, 300 block of Miller Avenue, West Terre Haute. Booked 11:44 p.m. Possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia.

Wednesday

Brandon M. Sparks, 20, 1900 block of 23 1/2 Drive, Terre Haute. Booked 2:18 a.m. Battery.

David S. Hall, 43, 2600 block of Maple Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 2:46 a.m. Failure to appear.

 

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
