TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.



Frank E. Suggs, 39, 2100 block of North 10th St., Terre Haute, was booked at 2:16 p.m. Friday.  Probation violation.

Erin T. French, 26, 2100 block of South Eighth St., Terre Haute, was booked at 3:03 p.m. Friday. Probation violation.

Leif Bollock, 20, 2500 block of North 13th 1/2 St., Terre Haute, was booked at 3:06 p.m. Friday. Battery, criminal mischief, minor consuming alcohol, public inntoxication and resisting law enforcement.

Amy E. Bailey, 22, under the 100th block of Oakland Ave., Terre Haute, was booked at 5:24 p.m. Friday. Criminal mischief.

Anthony G. Sappenfield, 47, no address given, Terre Haute, was booked at 5:39 p.m. Friday. Bond revocation two counts.

Ryan V. Switzer, 28, 1100 block of South 17th St., Terre Haute, was booked at 6:06 p.m. Friday. Forgery and theft.

Russell J. Cottrell, 33, 3400 block of E. Sycamore, Terre Haute, was booked at 6:08 p.m. Friday. Probation violation.

Angela K. Dennis, 31, 1300 block of First Ave., Terre Haute, was booked at 6:27 p.m. Friday. Failure to appear.

Isaiah Brown, 19, 1400 block of Third Ave., Terre Haute, was booked at 7:33 p.m. Friday. Probation violation.

Adam J. Hines, 19, 3100 block of North 17th, Terre Haute, was booked at 7:52 p.m. Friday. Failure to appear.

Dalton C. Lewis, 20, 300 block of South 13th, Terre Haute, was booked at 7:59 p.m. Friday. Failure to appear.

George A. Reedy, 55, 1100 block of Maple Ave., Terre Haute, was booked at 8:38 a.m. Friday. Disorderly conduct.

Kenneth W. Carter, 44, 11000 block of N. County Road 100 West, Farmersburg, was booked at 8:38 p.m. Friday. Disorderly conduct.

Larry D. Russell, 38, 1800 block of N. 13th St., Terre Haute, was booked at 9:19 p.m. Friday. Battery-domestic.

Rosetta M. Nesbit, 29, 1300 block of Liberty Ave., Terre Haute, was booked at 10:35 p.m. Friday. Habitual traffic violator and leaving scene-property damage.

Ralph W. Buxton, 41, no address given, Terre Haute, was booked at 10:57 p.m. Friday. Invasion of privacy.

Angel Budd, 20, 2300 block of Sixth Ave., Terre Haute, was booked at 12:09 a.m. Saturday. Battery.

Michael A. Pair Jr., 26, 800 block of Locust St., Terre Haute, was booked at 12:13 a.m. Saturday. Criminal mischief.

Michael Kozik Jr., 41, 22500 block of E. Haythorne Ave., Terre Haute, was booked at 12:39 a.m. Saturday. Habitual traffic violator.

Wayne R. Compton, 24, 2300 block of S. Center St., Terre Haute, was booked at 12:45 a.m. Saturday. Failure to appear two counts.

Christopher V. Taylor, 35, 3800 block of N. Creal St., Terre Haute, was booked at 12:57 a.m. Saturday. Operating while intoxicated.

Seth T. Rowe, 22, 900 block of S. Fifth St., Clinton, was booked at 2:57 a.m. Saturday. Operating while intoxicated.

Christopher B. Sexton, 34, 300 block of Chestnut, Paris, Ill., was booked at 3:13 a.m. Saturday. Operating while intoxicated.

Gregory L. Farrell, 55, 100 block of Doe Court, Terre Haute, was booked at 3:30 a.m. Saturday. Operating while intoxicated.

Jessica Tryon, 20, 300 block of E Walnut St., Evansville, was booked at 4:31 a.m. Saturday. Probation violation.

Jesse P. Kelly, 18, 600 1/2  block of Oak St., Terre Haute, was booked at 7:03 a.m. Saturday. Resisting law enforcement, criminal mischief, public intoxication, criminal trespass, minor consuming alcohol and failure to appear.

Brandon Kendall, 23, under the 100th block of Eighth St., Linton, was booked at 12:27 p.m. Saturday. Theft.

Diane L. Wilson, 50, 500 block of S. Center, Terre Haute, was booked at 4:47 p.m. Saturday. Public intoxication and disorderly conduct.

Ronald G. Featherston, 35, 300 block of S. Seventh St., Terre Haute was booked at 6:16 p.m. Saturday. Criminal trespass and failure to appear.

Jennifer L. Kensell, 38, 1300 block of N. 19th St., Terre Haute, was booked at 6:18 p.m. Saturday. Criminal trespass and failure to appear.

Joshua R. Johnson, 21, 100 block of W. Johnson Ave., West Terre Haute, was booked at 8:10 p.m. Saturday. Resisting law enforcement, receiving stolen property and reckless driving.  

Raymond Pendleton, 22, 1400 block of N. 12th, Terre Haute, was booked at 8:17 p.m. Saturday. Failure to appear.

Brandon A. Bilyou, 22, 7900 block of North County Road 675 W., Brazil, was booked at 8:49 p.m. Saturday. Battery-domestic and resisting law enforcement.  

Emmanuel Jones, 20, 2100 block of S. Center St., Terre Haute, was booked at 9:34 p.m. Saturday. Failure to appear.

Pamela S. Davis, 51, 2000 block of South Eighth St., Terre Haute, was booked at 10:16 p.m. Saturday. Operating while intoxicated.

Yvonne S. Clark, 37, 300 block of North 17th, Terre Haute, was booked at 10:18 p.m. Saturday. Failure to appear.

Sandra M. Bills, 40, 600 block of S. Seventh St., West Terre Haute, was booked at 12:20 a.m. Sunday. Possession of controlled substance, Possession of paraphenalia and obstructing justice.

Phillip D. Payne, 50, 2400 block of Liberty Ave., Terre Haute, was booked at 12:25 a.m. Sunday. Failure to appear.

Bret A. Brown, 23, 7600 block of E. Cherry Drive, Terre Haute, was booked at 3:05 a.m. Sunday. Residential entry, battery-domestic, criminal mischief, intimidation and resisting law enforcement.

Juan G. Morales, 21, no address given, was booked at 4:17 a.m. Sunday. Receiving stolen property and court order.

Vernon Bracken Jr., 18, 2400 block of Second Ave., Terre Haute, was booked at 4:42 a.m. Sunday.  Driver never licensed.

Dylan Groza, 20, 1300 block of South Ninth, Terre Haute, was booked at 11:01 a.m. Sunday.  Probation violation.

Austin A. Raider, 21, 7100 block of Ashton Park Drive, Evansville, was booked at 12:38 p.m. Sunday. Failure to appear.

Jason R. James, 34, 1600 block of Fifth Ave., Terre Haute, was booked at 2:48 p.m. Sunday. Escape and probation violation two counts.

Donald Barnhart, 48, 500 block of W. National, West Terre Haute, was booked at 3:48 p.m. Sunday. Habitual traffic violator.

Ronald A. Mundy, 37, 400 block of North 25th St., Terre Haute, was booked at 8:08 p.m. Sunday. Robbery and bond revocation.

John B. Walker, 32, 900 block of S. Thorpe Place, West Terre Haute, was booked at 10:12 p.m. Sunday. Battery-domestic.

Sidney W. Cobb, 23, 1800 block of Blaine Ave., Terre Haute, was booked at 12:42 a.m. Monday. Failure to appear.

Whitney Powell, 22, 200 block of Deming Lane, Terre Haute, was booked at 1:05 a.m. Monday. Failure to appear.

Daryl W. Caldwell, 48, 1400 block of E. Hedrick Drive, Tucson, Ariz., was booked at 1:29 a.m. Monday. Public intoxication.

Marshall R. Riker, 28, 6000 block of E. Old Fort Harrison Ave., Seeleyville, was booked at 2:28 a.m. Monday. Failure to appear three counts.

William H. England, 36, 900 S. Ninth St., Terre Haute, was booked at 3:42 a.m. Monday. Probation violation.

Troy M. Odell, 33, 8000 block of Linwood St., Terre Haute, was booked at 10:28 a.m. Monday.  Failure to appear.

Dennis D. Baugh, 43, 10900 block of E. Dallas Drive, Terre Haute, was booked at 10:45 a.m. Monday. Probation violation.

Tiffany N. Case, 27, 3800 block of E. Southwood Ave., Terre Haute, was booked at 1:18 p.m. Monday. Battery.

Anthony M. Carson, 20, 100 block of South 18th St., Terre Haute, was booked at 3:55 p.m. Monday. Criminal mischief.

Jason L. Elder, 27, 5200 block of N. Pierson St., Terre Haute, was booked at 5:08 p.m. Monday. Probation violation.

James M. Harvey, 27, no address given,  Terre Haute, was booked at 5:33 p.m. Monday. Failure to appear and probation violation.

Trent Sappingfield, 27, under the 100th block of South 18th St., Terre Haute, was booked at 7:03 p.m. Monday. Failure to appear and driving while suspended.   

Jason L. Burns, 27, 1500 block of S. Paradise Bay Blvd., Rockville, was booked at 7:59 p.m. Monday. Criminal conversion.

Christopher Newman, 22, 2600 block of College Ave., Terre Haute, was booked at 8:11 p.m. Monday. Fraud.

Mary C. Skinner, 33, no address given, Terre Haute, was booked at 11:51 p.m. Monday. Failure to appear.

Jennifer A. Jones, 38, 900 block of Eighth Ave., Terre Haute, was booked at 1:43 a.m. Tuesday. Failure to appear two counts.

Michelle L. Holdaway, 35, 10700 block of N. Sherburne Place, West Terre Haute, was booked at 2:26 a.m. Tuesday. Public intoxication.

Hugo Martinez-Vasquez, 30, South Ninth St., West Terre Haute, was booked at 4:13 a.m. Tuesday. Driver never licensed.



Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
