Vigo County Jail Log: May 2, 2012

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Tuesday and Wednesday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.



June Green, 55, 1800 block of North Eighth St., Terre Haute, was booked at 5:41 a.m. Tuesday. Battery by body waste and disorderly conduct.

A female juvenile, 17, of Terre Haute, was booked at 11:55 a.m. Tuesday. Disorderly conduct.

Christopher L. Jethroe, 32, 900 block of Edgemont, Indianapolis was booked at 12:53 p.m. Tuesday. Failure to appear.

Scotty R. Ford, 36, 700 block of Rodchester, Indianapolis, was booked at 1:01 p.m. Tuesday. Probation violation.

Carrie C. Stichter, 32, 10900 block of E. Sparks Road, Salsbury, was booked at 4:21 p.m. Tuesday. Failure to appear and bond revocation.

David R. Webb, 31, 1600 block of E. Lake Drive, Sullivan, was booked at 5:24 p.m. Tuesday. Failure to appear.

Taylor A. Bruckerhoff, 20, 1900 block of Lakes Edge Drive, Newburgh, was booked at 5:40 p.m. Tuesday. Child exploitation.

Michael E. Hambright, 24, 600 block of Jefferson, Covington, was booked at 6:24 p.m. Tuesday. Domestic battery.

Michael A. Pair, 26, 800 block of Locust, Terre Haute, was booked at 7:44 p.m. Tuesday. Operating while intoxicated and disorderly conduct.

David W. Barnes, 46, 600 block of North 14th St., Terre Haute, was booked at 8:32 p.m. Tuesday. Public intoxication.

Phillip D. Payne, 50, address not given, was booked at 9:06 p.m. Tuesday. Public intoxication.

Tennille A. Wilbur, 30, 100 block of Kent Ave., Terre Haute, was booked at 10:39 p.m. Tuesday. Domestic battery.

Bret M. Kalber, 33, 700 block of Walnut St. Clinton, was booked at 12:29 a.m. today. Operating while intoxicated and habitual traffic offender.

Brian L. Thompson, 41, 1800 block of Mary Lane, Terre Haute, was booked at 3:06 a.m. today. Failure to appear.

Ryan K. Smith, 29, 1300 block of South 20th St., Terre Haute, was booked at 7:53 a.m. today on a court order and two counts of failure to appear.



Note: Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
