TERRE HAUTE —



The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.



• Kristen Brossman, 24, 800 block of South 19 Street, Terre Haute, booked at 10:36 a.m. Wednesday. Contempt of court.

• Katherine Y. Davis, 20, 1600 block of Second Avenue, Terre Haute, booked at 2:09 p.m. Wednesday. Failure to appear.

• Robert J. Pearson, 20, 9600 block of Hayne Road, Terre Haute, booked at 2:42 p.m. Wednesday. Court order.

• Ashley L. Stevens, 27, 2200 block of Second Avenue, Terre Haute, booked at 4:03 p.m. Wednesday. Probation violation.

• Rebecca J. Jackson, 28, 500 block of North Eighth Street, Clinton, booked at 4:09 p.m. Wednesday. Failure to appear.

• Elizabeth Certain, 18, 500 block of Foulkes Drive, Terre Haute, booked at 4:32 p.m. Wednesday. Failure to appear.

• Shane L. Corey, 24, 2600 block of Crawford Street, Terre Haue, booked at 5:21 p.m. Wednesday. Possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia.

• Raymond C. Morris, 37, 2900 block of South Center, Terre Haute, booked at 6:20 p.m. Wednesday. Failure to appear and violation of no-contact order.

• Maurice L. Martin, 33, 2200 block of First Avenue, Terre Haute, booked at 6:55 p.m. Wednesday. Failure to appear.

• Alfred East Kearschner, 23, 2300 block of North 28th, Terre Haute, booked at 7:34 p.m. Wednesday. Resisting law enforcement and driving while suspended.

• Kristapher West Cox, 21, 400 block of South 16th Street, Terre Haute, booked at 7:54 p.m. Wednesday. Public intoxication.

• Mary East Truax, 44, 800 block of South Grant, Brazil, booked at 8:47 p.m. Wednesday. Operating while intoxicated.

• Edward F. King, 66, 2800 block of West Pear Avenue, New Goshen, booked at 10:43 p.m. Wednesday. Operating while intoxicated.

• Bradley South Doan, 25, 8000 block of South Indiana 63, Terre Haute, booked at 1:48 a.m. Thursday. Battery-Domestic.

• Eden C. Rust, 20, no address given, booked at 2:42 a.m. Thursday. Possession of controlled substance, minor consuming alcohol and false reporting.

• Chavez L. Miller, 19, Burford Hall, Terre Haute, booked at 6:12 a.m. Thursday. Criminal trespass.    

• Randall D. Utterback, 54, 300 block of East Preston Street, Terre Haute, booked at 7:20 a.m. Thursday. Battery.

• Amanda D. Spurlock, 35, 2100 block of Spruce Street, Terre Haute, booked at 7:42 a.m. Thursday. Probation violation.

• Erik South Dilg, 32, 2600 block of North County Road 875 East, Poland, booked at 8:16 a.m. Thursday. Failure to appear.

• Christopher L. Hamblin, 27, 10 block of Lowells Lane, Rosedale, booked at 11:43 a.m. Thursday. Court order.

• Aaron Drumm, 31, 1900 block of North 600 West, Lebanon, booked at 2:57 p.m. Thursday. Court order.

• Jose Lazaro-Lopez, 36, no address given, Terre Haute, booked at 3:14 p.m. Thursday. Court order.

• Jhontay L. Whitesides, 19, 1300 block of Chestnut Street, Terre Haute, booked at 4:07 p.m. Thursday. Dealing marijuana/hash.

• Sean Reider, 41, 2200 block of Fourth Avenue, Terre Haute, booked at 5:18 p.m. Thursday. Failure to appear.

• Lori A. Durbin, 38, 6000 block of South Sandstone Street, Terre Haute, booked at 5:53 p.m. Thursday. Possession of methamphetamine.

• John F. Harvey, 49, 1900 block of Woodlawn Avenue, Terre Haute, booked at 5:53 p.m. Thursday. Failure to appear and possession of marijuana.

• Roberto Linarez Jr., 19, 10 block of Foulkes Drive, Terre Haute, booked at 6:41 p.m. Thursday. Criminal trespass.

• Michael R. Pollack, 48, 200 block of South First Street, Stewardson, Ill., booked at 7:25 p.m. Thursday. Probation violation.

• Deresa J. Brown, 34, 1500 block of Cruft Street, Terre Haute, booked at 8:22 p.m. Thursday. Possession controlled substance and possession of marijuana.

• Mary Myles, 61, 400 block of North Studio Lane, Terre Haute, booked at 11:01 p.m. Thursday. Operating while intoxicated.

• Joseph East Schultz, 27, 4600 block of North Fruitridge Avenue, Terre Haute, booked at 12:10 a.m. Friday. Public intoxication.

• Rick Viar, 45, 1300 block of South 25th Street, Terre Haute, booked at 2:37 a.m. Friday. Possession controlled substance and public intoxication.

• Christina Viar, 43, 1300 block of South 25th Street, Terre Haute, booked at 3:02 a.m. Friday. Operating while intoxicated and possession controlled substance.  

• James J. Ellingsworth, 23, 1200 block of North Dawn Drive, Terre Haute, booked at 3:07 p.m. Friday. Possession of marijuana/hash and operating while intoxicated.

• Logan M. Chesterfield, 21, 900 block of South Batman Street, Dugger, booked at 3:25 a.m. Friday. Resisting law enforcement and public intoxication.  

• Robert Inman, 25, 2200 block of Franklin Street, Terre Haute, booked at 3:26 a.m. Friday. Operating while intoxicated.

• Levi Durham, 18, 4100 block of East Head Avenue, Rosedale, booked at 4 a.m. Friday. Minor consuming alcohol.

• Rodney Compton, 43, 4500 block of East Hulman Drive, Terre Haute, booked at 5:45 a.m. Friday. Battery-Domestic and strangulation.

• Cynthia L. McCoy, 33, 4200 block of South Sixth, Terre Haute,  booked at 6:10 a.m. Friday. Operating while intoxicated and habitual traffic violator.

 

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
