n Steve Hoffman, 24, 2400 block of North 15th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 5:17 a.m. Theft.

n Daniel Aguilar, 29, 2400 block of North 15th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 5:28 a.m. Theft, possession of paraphernalia and possession of marijuana/hash.

n Thomas M. McDaniel, 20, 1600 block of South Ninth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 5:32 a.m. Theft.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
