Vigo County Jail Log: June 12, 2012

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Monday and Tuesday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.



• Mary Myles, 61, 400 block of North Studio Lane, Terre Haute, booked at 1:01 p.m. Monday. Operating while intoxicated and probation violation.

• Derick Foster, 30, 5500 block of North Clinton Road, Terre Haute, booked at 2 p.m. Monday. Leaving scene-property damage and operating while intoxicated.  

• Rodney G. Johnson, 29, 2500 block of Reynolds, Muskegon, Mich., booked at 2:57 p.m. Monday. Probation violation and escape.

• Steve M. Brown II, 36, 3200 block of Dean Avenue, Terre Haute, booked at 3:45 p.m. Monday. Failure to appear and probation violation.

• Rodney D. Woods, 53, 1100 block of South Eighth Street, Terre Haute, booked at 5:11 p.m. Monday. Public intoxication.   

• Rachel Meneely, 29, 2300 block of Fifth Avenue, Terre Haute, booked at 10:51 p.m. Monday. Possession controlled substance.

• Cynthia J. Green, 34, 1200 block of North Fourth, Terre Haute, booked at 11:47 p.m. Monday. Failure to appear.

• Zachary J. Roberts, 23, 200 block of South McElroy, West Terre Haute, booked at 12:25 a.m. Tuesday. Failure to appear.

• David W. Moore, 46, 100 block of South 12th Street, Terre Haute, booked at 12:32 a.m. Tuesday. Battery-domestic and parole violation.

• Michelle E. Zimmerly, 21, 4800 block of Pineridge Court, Terre Haute, booked at 12:59 a.m. Tuesday. Operating while intoxicated.

 

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
