Vigo County Jail Log: Jan. 5, 2013

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Thursday and Friday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Thursday

Dakoda A. Nidlinger, 22, 4300 block of Leopard Road, Terre Haute. Booked 11:18 a.m. Burglary.

Sue A. Flowers, 58, 9900 block of North Bluff Street, Rosedale. Booked 1:09 p.m. Criminal conversion and failure to appear (two counts).

Bobbie C. Brown, 57, 4500 block of South Gaslight Place, Terre Haute. Booked 1:46 p.m. Parole violation.

Chad A. Vicars, 28, 5500 block of East Grant Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 2:15 p.m. Bond revocation.

Dakota A. Joy, 19, 6400 South U.S. 41, Terre Haute. Booked 2:31 p.m. Probation violation (two counts).

Joshua M. Howell, 20, 300 block of South 15th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 2:32 p.m. Criminal conversion.

Jason E. Rutledge, 35, 900 block of Elm Street, Clinton. Booked 6:29 p.m. Criminal conversion.

Bradley S. Phillips, 23, 1600 block of Ohio Street, Terre Haute. Booked 8:23 p.m. Criminal conversion.

Steven Massutti, 32, 1400 block of South 11 1/2 Street, Terre Haute. Booked 9:59 p.m. Battery-police-felony, disorderly conduct, public intoxication and resisting law enforcement.

Robert L. Dixon Jr., 45, 3000 block of North Tacoma Avenue, Indianapolis. Booked 10:52 p.m. Motor vehicle theft and operating while intoxicated.

Friday

Larry Benford Sr., 61, 1400 block of North 23rd Street, Terre Haute. Booked 12:06 a.m. Battery-domestic.

Amanda P. Coffman, 25, 1000 block of West Monroe Street, Shelburn. Booked 12:21 a.m. Failure to appear.

Sean L. Sikes, 24, 500 block of Whiteville Avenue, Memphis, Ten. Booked 12:40 a.m. Neglect of a dependent.

Herbert Parham, 54, 600 block of Whitehaven Lane, Memphis, Ten. Booked 12:53 a.m. Driver never licensed.

George W. Scott, 20, 1100 block of North Eighth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 1:12 a.m. Possession of methamphetamine and possession of a handgun.

William J. Harris, 40, 1500 block of Chase Street, Terre Haute. Booked 3:42 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
