• James B. Stabler, 60, 2500 block of South 19th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 4:15 p.m. Criminal trespassing.

• Elizabeth A. Feider, 50, 2200 block of North 131⁄2 Street, Terre Haute. Booked 4:24 p.m. Criminal conversion and theft.

• Jamoka Smith, 36, 900 block of North 16th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 5:26 p.m. Failure to appear.

• Steven E. Grady, 48, 5500 block of North Clinton Street, Terre Haute. Booked 9:42 p.m. Probation violation.

• Eric D. Roberts, 26, 500 block of West Poplar Street, West Terre Haute. Booked 10:04 p.m. Failure to appear.

• Jessica L. Kimmel, 25, 3200 block of North 23rd Street, Terre Haute. Booked 10:33 p.m. Bond revocation.

• Tonya A. Lawrence, 40, 2300 block of Hulman Street, Terre Haute. Booked 10:42 p.m. Possession of methamphetamine and possession of controlled substance.

• William Wettering, 21, 300 block of North Broadway Street, Greensburg. Booked 12:36 a.m. Public intoxication and false reporting.

• Jerry L. Reedy, 29, 1400 block of South First Street, Terre Haute. Booked 2:13 a.m. Battery-domestic.

• Alana M. Schaefer, 26, 6700 block of West County Road 800 North, Fairbanks. Booked 2:42 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

• Kody D. Lenhart, 21, 700 block of South Eighth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 3:05 a.m. Theft, public intoxication and unauthorized entry.

• Nicole M. Fisher, 30, 900 block of North Eighth Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 4:14 a.m. Public intoxication.

• Amanda Helton, 20, 1000 block of North Ninth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 6:43 a.m. Battery and public intoxication.

• Cody Sprueill, 21, 200 block of West Oak Street, Ironwood, Mich. Booked 5:10 a.m. Forgery.

• Steven L. Young, 31, 900 block of North 14th Street, Austin, Minn. Booked 5:13 a.m. Court order.



Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
