Blues-rock band Cry On High will perform at 8 p.m. June 11 in Mulligan’s Sports Bar in Fore Seasons Golf Complex at 500 W. Honey Creek Drive.
Band members Jeff Wisbey (guitar, keys and vocals), Gary Ooley (guitar, vocals) and Tim Huber (drums, vocals) along with bassist John Ford will perform “Happiness Is Everything” and other songs from their album, “Music To Drive By,” plus new songs from their forthcoming album.
Tickets are $5 and available at the door.
The members of the band were influenced by American blues and British rock.
Some have said Cry On High sounds like “Cream doing the Beatles.”
Derek Sivers, the founder of CD Baby, told the band he really liked “Happiness Is Everything” and Recording Magazine called the song “something fine.”
