BRAZIL — There are two important words when it comes to the Popcorn Festival of Clay County: Eat fast. The annual festival featured a popcorn eating contest among its many activities. For the age groups of 5 to 8, 9 to 12 and 13 to 17, the winner received $50 while the winner of the 18 and older category won $200.
