SLIDESHOW: Vigo County Flash Flood — June 7 , 2008

TERRE HAUTE — Starting in the early morning hours of June, 7, 2008, as the rain was still falling, Tribune-Star photographers Bob Poynter, Jim Avelis and Mark Bennett were there to capture the dramatic effort by residents across the Wabash Valley to rescue their neighbors and battle the fast-rising flood waters.
