PREP ROUNDUP: Reinig homers, has 3 hits for Braves

TERRE HAUTE — Terre Haute South’s Cheyenne Reinig went 3-for-4 with a home run and three RBI as the host Braves defeated Greencastle 14-7 in high school softball on Monday.

Reinig also pitched the last three innings to preserve a win for South starter Hannah Goffman. McKenzie McGregor was 3-for-5 for the 6-2 Braves.

• South Invitational pairings announced — Terre Haute South will host the Braves Invitational on Saturday. Indianapolis Chatard, Vincennes Rivet and Crawfordsville will participate.
