TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Monday and Tuesday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Monday

Stephen R. Canal III, 36, 2100 block of South Sixth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 7:06 a.m. Battery-domestic.

Paul E. Mccoy, 40, 8600 block of Indiana 46, Terre Haute. Booked 9:41 a.m. Failure to appear.

Loghan Morris, 18, 2600 block of Crawford Street, Terre Haute. Booked 10:35 a.m. Receiving stolen property.

Kodie W. Murphy, 18, 5200 block of West French Drive, Terre Haute. Booked 10:48 a.m. Disorderly conduct.

Michael L. Holton, 28, 2900 block of South Eighth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 12:44 p.m. Failure to appear, leaving scene-property damage and driving while intoxicated.

Clarence J. Pendley, 19, 1200 block of South 13 1/2 Street, Terre Haute. Booked 1:37 p.m. Battery-domestic.

Gregory A. Davidson, 45, 6400 block of McDaniel Road, Terre Haute. Booked 4:55 p.m. Failure to appear.

Candy S. Bledsoe, 34, 3300 block of Laurel Street, Indianapolis. Booked 6:18 p.m. Court order.

Dustin Wimmer, 27, 300 block of Williams Street, Jasonville. Booked 6:39 p.m. Public indecency.

Victoria R. Bucklin, 20, 400 block of East County Road 1400 North, Carbon. Booked 8:11 p.m. Theft.

James W. Fagg, 46, 100 block of West Johnson Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 9:29 p.m. Failure to appear.

Tuesday

Lindsay N. Zinovik, 23, 200 block of Linden Avenue, Romeoville, Ill. Booked 2:40 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.



Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
