Free program for individuals with disabilities Dec. 12 at Children’s Museum

TERRE HAUTE — Bridges of Indiana and Child Adult Resource Services (CARS) have teamed up with the Terre Haute Children’s Museum to sponsor a unique opportunity for individuals with disabilities to experience the facility.

The program, titled “Exceptional Explorations,” allows individuals with disabilities and their families to experience the Terre Haute Children’s Museum at no cost from 4 to 6 p.m. on Dec. 12. This is a very exclusive chance for these agencies to provide an extraordinary time for these individuals and their families to visit the Children’s Museum in a private setting.

In order to track the number of attendees, attendees will either need to register at the kiosk located in the Children’s Museum at 727 Wabash Ave. or online at www.bridgesofindiana.com. Registration is necessary to ensure that those who participate have a positive and worthwhile experience. Interested parties can complete this form and plan to make this special visit on the day that they have expressed an interest in.
