TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.



Tuesday

• Aaron Bean, 24, 4700 block of N. 25th St., Terre Haute, booked at 8:32 a.m. Tuesday. Driving while suspended and failure to appear.

• Mildred Peters, 56, 300 block of N. 18th St., Terre Haute, booked at 11:15 a.m. Tuesday. Criminal conversion.

• Joshua P. Christian, 24, 100 block of S. 15th St., Terre Haute, booked at 2:35 p.m. Tuesday. Court order.

• Heather Ann Walters, 19, 1100 block of S. 11th St., Terre Haute, booked at 4:01 p.m. Tuesday. Criminal conversion .

• Geoffrey Lee Davis, 29, 9500 block of Bono Road, Terre Haute, booked at 5:08 p.m. Tuesday. Failure to appear.

• Jordan Nash Burris, 26, 800 block of S. 18th St., Terre Haute, booked at 5:53 p.m. Tuesday. Assisting a criminal.

• Allison Jean Jenkins, 26, 2700 block of Dimmick Ave., Terre Haute, booked at 6:41 p.m. Tuesday. Failure to appear.

• Steven L. Brady, 25, 4400 block of W. Jackson St., Chicago, Ill., booked at 10:01 p.m. Tuesday. Probation violation, burglary, and residential entry.

• Lucinda Anna Sands, 40, 2000 block of W. Sandford Ave., West Terre Haute, booked at 11:29 p.m. Tuesday. Operating while intoxicated.



Wednesday

• Gregory J. Steele, 24, 1500 block of S. 9th St., Terre Haute, booked at 12:32 a.m. Wednesday. Probation violation.

• Elmer Patrick Norton, 31, 2300 block of N. 27th St., Terre Haute, booked at 1:29 a.m. Wednesday. Probation violation.

• Travis Allen Ley, 35, 1800 block of Ohio Blvd., Terre Haute, booked at 1:51 a.m. Wednesday. Operating while intoxicated.

• Roger Oilar, 56, 1200 block of S. 29th St., Terre Haute, booked at 2:05 a.m. Wednesday. Operating while intoxicated.

• Zachary M. Gilman, 26, 4700 block of E. Evans Ave., Terre Haute, booked at 2:53 a.m. Wednesday. Battery-by body waste, resisting law enforcement, disorderly conduct, operating while intoxicated, leaving scene-proper, and driving while suspended.

• Howard D. Pennell, 41, 10300 block of S. Chaffe Road, Terre Haute, booked at 3:13 a.m. Wednesday. Operating while intoxicated and criminal recklessness.

• Patricia J. Walters, 32, 400 block of North 13th Street, Terre Haute, booked at 1:03 p.m. Wednesday. Dealing methamphetamine.

• David J. Clark, 20, 2100 block of South 23rd Street, Terre Haute, booked at 3:08 p.m. Wednesday. Theft.

• Linda J. Ridener, 53, 100 block of North 14th Street, Terre Haute, booked in at 4 p.m. Wednesday. Theft.

• Lester W. Hamilton, 34, 2200 block of North 24th Street, Terre Haute, booked in at 4:37 p.m. Wednesday. Possession of methamphetamine.

• James S. Rigsby, 34, 3200 block of North 13 1/2 Street, Terre Haute, booked in at 4:47 p.m. Wednesday. Criminal conversion.

• Brohney Wilkes, 35, 2900 block of South 13th Street, Terre Haute, booked in at 5:55 p.m. Wednesday. Probation violation.

• Michael A. Newburn, 53, 1800 North Whitcomb Place, West Terre Haute, booked in at 6:26 p.m. Wednesday.

• Leslie J. Sanders, 41, 3200 block of East Linn Avenue, Terre Haute, booked in at 6:47 p.m. Wednesday. Failure to appear.

• Stewart R. Toney, 43, 1600 block of 4th Avenue, Terre Haute, booked in at 9:49 p.m. Wednesday. Criminal trespass.

• Joshua Hutchinson, 19, 700 block of South Sixth Avenue, Terre Haute, booked in at 10:03 p.m. Wednesday. Domestic battery.

• Calvin L. Simmons, 55, 500 South 13th Street, Terre Haute, booked in at 10:32 p.m. Wednesday. Driving while intoxicated.



Thursday

• Mason S. Crockett, 19, 1400 6th Avenue, Terre Haute, booked in at 1:35 a.m. Thursday. Resisting law enforcement, possession of paraphernalia.

• Marcus L. Williams, 24, 400 block of Beard Street, Danville, Ill., booked at 3:02 a.m. Thursday. Public intoxication.
