TERRE HAUTE — The 2010 Wabash Valley Ladies Unity Night planning team announces that the seventh annual event will be at 7 p.m. April 16 and 2 p.m. April 17 at Maryland Community Church.
The Unity Night Praise and Worship Team will return to lead in praise and worship; coordinated by Melissa Milbourn of First Christian Church in Marshall, Ill.
The event will provide all ladies of the Wabash Valley an opportunity to join together for an evening of faith, fellowship and fun while celebrating being “United in Christ … Eternally One.” Likewise this ministry promotes breaking down denominational barriers as well as desiring to reach out to ladies that may not otherwise have an opportunity to hear about Christ in an informal, relaxed setting.
The Wabash Valley Ladies Unity Vision, a team comprised of ladies from area churches, is bringing the program to the Wabash Valley by funding the event through contributions from Valley churches and businesses. As well, a love offering will be received the weekend of the event to help further defray costs and provide funding for future events.
Tickets are free but are required to enter. Tickets, as well as the name of this year’s featured guest will be released on Feb. 15.

UPDATE: Fatal semi accident closes eastbound I-70 in Hendricks County
