Vigo County Jail Log: July 24, 2012

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Monday and Tuesday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Monday

Kaleb Bragg, 22, 1600 block of East Scarlett Oaks, Terre Haute, booked 11 a.m. Disorderly conduct.

Stephen E. Schrader, 55, 4200 block of South Fifth Street, Terre Haute, booked 11:22 a.m. Invasion of privacy.

Lavane V. Mitchell, 24, 1400 block of Third Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 12:51 a.m. Failure to appear.

Billy E. Hoctor, 42, 1600 block of South N Street, Elwood, Ind., booked 2:53 a.m. Failure to appear (two counts).

Brook Broadus, 21, 3600 block of North Glennarm Road, Indianapolis, booked 3:12 a.m. Failure to appear.

Tyler J. Gambill, 37, 900 block of South Jackson, Paris, Ill., booked 5:02 p.m. Public intoxication.

Michael R. Bousman, 29, 1400 block of Lafayette, Terre Haute, booked 5:44 p.m. Dealing methamphetamine and maintaing a common nuisance.

Melissa M. Ogdon, 34, 2400 block of South 19th, Terre Haute, booked 6:48 p.m. Habitual traffic violator.

Venessa Watson, 21, 100 block of East Voorhees, Terre Haute, booked 8:16 p.m. Probation violation (two counts).

Tyler A. Carty, 21, 7500 block of East Rogers Drive, Pimento, booked 8:26 p.m. Failure to appear.

Gregory L. Puckett, 52, no address given, Terre Haute, booked 8:47 a.m. Criminal trespass.

Lori A. Denbo, 46, under the 100th block of South 17th, Terre Haute, booked 10:35 p.m. Public intoxication.

Allen H. Richardson, 25, 1100 block of College Street, Terre Haute, booked 11:31 p.m. Criminal trespass.

Denise Manriquez, 25, no address given, booked 11:48 p.m. Court order.

Tuesday

Ashley D. Crabb, 27, no address given, Harmony, booked 4:05 p.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
