TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Wednesday

• Juan Castillo, 35, 100 block of Gilbert Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 8:17 a.m. Driving while suspended.

• Robert D. Thomlinson, 41, 300 block of Edwards Street, West Terre Haute, booked 12:13 p.m. Battery-domestic.

• Johnnie B. West, 48, booked 1700 block of Thompson Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 1:59 p.m. Contempt of court.

• Jacob Dean, 24, no address given, booked 2:10 p.m. Court order.

• Donald E. Mundell, 39, 4700 block of North Hendricks Street, Terre Haute, booked 2:49 p.m. Probation violation.

• Christa L. Lindsey, 33, 200 block of Foulkes Drive, Terre Haute, booked 3:28 p.m. Failure to appear (two counts).

• Linda L. Downing, 46, 2200 block of Garfield Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 4:24 p.m. Failure to appear.

• Robert Quick, 32, 1500 block of Eagle Street, Terre Haute, booked 6:08 p.m. Public intoxication and disorderly conduct.

• Dustin Wimmer, 26, 500 block of East 43 1/2 Drive, Terre Haute, booked 6:22 p.m. Battery-domestic.

• Melissa Wimmer, 31, 200 block of East Beech Street, Terre Haute, booked 6:34 p.m. Battery-domestic.

• Jody A. Bush, 43, 4700 block of West County Road 1200 North, Farmersburg, booked 7:18 p.m. Disorderly conduct and public intoxication.

• Kevin L. Bunting, 42, 1000 block of North Third Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 8:17 p.m. Failure to appear.

• Don R. Benson, 50, 1800 block of North 25th Street, Terre Haute, booked 9:59 p.m. Operating while intoxicated.

• Nathaniel A. Wright, 38, 18800 block of South Bandy Lane, Clinton, booked 10:28 p.m. Manufacture of methamphetamine, resisting law enforcement (two counts) and driving while suspended.  

• Sandra Chapman, 51, 10900 block of Dallas Drive, Terre Haute, booked 11:42 p.m. Criminal conversion.

Thursday

• Donald A. Freese, 45, 900 block of Oxford Street,  Dubuque, Iowa, booked 12:06 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

• Alfredo Ruiz, 37, no address given, booked 6:45 a.m. Contempt of court.

• Justin W. Lynn, 24, 1800 block of Cresent Street, Franklin, booked 10:51 a.m. Robbery (two counts).

• Edward M. Broderson, 45, 200 block of Kent Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 3:17 p.m. Probation violation and court order.

• Daryle R. Powers, 45, 2300 block of North 12th Street, Terre Haute, booked 5:32 p.m. Receiving stolen property.

• Ashley E. Hardwick, 19, 4200 block of East Old Fort Harrison Road, Terre Haute, booked 5:40 p.m. Criminal conversion.

• Alan M. Strader, 19, 7600 block of E. Devonald Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 6:22 p.m. Court order.

• Mark C. Clayton, 46, no address given, 7:08 p.m. Failure to appear.

• Joseph F. Jones, 32, 800 block of East Dawn Drive, Terre Haute, booked 9:03 p.m. Failure to appear.

• Christina Lennox, 33, 2100 block of Maple Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 10:52 p.m. Operating while intoxicated.

• Tommy D. Wright II, 25, 10 block of South 19th Street, Terre Haute, booked 11:08 p.m. Criminal conversion.

Friday

• Anthony J. Johnson, 37, 1400 block of South Seventh Street, Terre Haute, booked 1:35 a.m. Probation violation.

• Matthew W. Robinson, 22, 5600 block of Dyke Road, Beaver Dams, N.Y.,  booked 1:59 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

• Gavin K. Williams, 32, 2300 block of Patrick Street, Terre Haute, booked 3:56 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

• Moblaji Omolade, 39, 2100 block of Dillman, Terre Haute, booked 4:27 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.



Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
