• Jessica L. Hudak, 35, 10 block of South 19th Street, Terre Haute, booked 1 p.m. Maintaining a common nuisance, possession of controlled substance.
• Richard K. Maloney III, 32, 1300 block of Third Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 1:30 p.m. Failure to appear.
• Curt E. Hoesman, 34, 11000 block of East Rio Grande, Brazil, booked 3:32 p.m. Sexual battery.
• Bruce A. Bridgewater, 36, 100 block of Acheman Place, Terre Haute, booked 4:10 p.m., Child molesting, possession of marijuana.
• Andre Patterson, 31, unknown address, booked 4:14 p.m. Federal court order.
• Chavez L. Miller, 20, 4200 block of Kessler Boulevard, Indianapolis, booked 4:46 p.m. Probation violation, criminal trespass.
• Mark A. Crews, 35, 1500 block of North 28th Street, Terre Haute, booked 7:11 p.m. Probation violation.
• Jon P. Newburn, 28, 1100 block of North Smith Place, West Terre Haute, booked 7:28 p.m. Dealing methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, maintaining a common nuisance, possession of paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine.
• Bradley S. Timberman, 19, 2400 block of West Edgewood Avenue, West Terre Haute, booked at 8:36 p.m. Failure to appear.
Friday
• Scott A. Taylor, 32, 1300 block of East McCoskey Drive, Terre Haute, booked at 12:46 a.m. Driving while intoxicated, intimidation, burglary, residential entry.
• Landis Fairrow Jr., 26, 1300 block of South 15th Street, Terre Haute, booked 4:01 a.m. Probation violation.
Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.

Frye Road Overpass work to restrict lanes on I-70
VIGO COUNTY, Ind. – The Indiana Department of Transportation announces the Frye Road Overpass construction will restrict the left lane on Interstate 70 between the 13- and 14-mile marker, beginning June 17. This lane restriction will be in effect for 24 hours a day for about two weeks.
