Community Theatre to stage auditions for holiday musical

‘Nuncrackers’ is this year’s presentation

TERRE HAUTE — Community Theatre of Terre Haute’s 2012 holiday show is a musical comedy: “Nuncrackers.” Auditions will be at 7 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday at the theatre, 1431 S. 25th St. Performances will be Nov. 30 and Dec. 1-2 with additional performances on Dec. 6-9. Josh Hoffman, who directed last season’s production of “Meet Me In Saint Louis,” will direct the musical.

Featuring original songs, the show is filled with typical “Nunsense” humor, favorite carols and a “Secret Santa” audience participations.

Roles are available for one man, four women and at least two boys and two girls. Those auditioning should come prepared with music for a singing audition. An accompanist will be provided. Visit www.ctth.com or call 232-7172 for more information.
