Vigo County Jail Log: Feb. 15, 2013

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were Booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Thursday and Friday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Thursday

Herbert H. Sheese, 53, 1000 block of West Clay Street, Danville, Ill. Booked 11:19 a.m. Child molesting.

James M. Buckallew, 28, no address, Terre Haute. Booked 12:15 p.m. Failure to appear.

Rebecca J. Selvia, 27, 2200 block of Cleveland Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 1:49 p.m. False reporting/informing and failure to appear.

Tristan J. Green, 32, 600 block of North 14th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 1:58 p.m. Probation violation.

William D. Linville, 54, 600 block of South 25th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 1:58 p.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Gary R. Selvia, 39, 2300 block of First Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 2:03 p.m. Leaving scene-property damage and failure to appear.

Tyler W. Wilkinson, 19, 2900 block of East Hollywood Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 2:20 p.m. Child molesting.

Rene Ortega, 35, 4500 block of North Sixth Avenue, Phoenix, Ariz. Booked 3 p.m. Court order.

Dale L. Pittman, 48, 1300 block of First Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 3:59 p.m. Failure to appear (two counts).

Tracey L. Shaffer, 40, 1000 block of North Fruitridge Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 4:42 p.m. Criminal recklessness violation of no contact order.

Tommie Bolden, 43, 400 block of South 16th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 10:58 p.m. Failure to appear and false reporting.

Friday

Logan Stroud, 24, 2400 block of East Quinn Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 2:27 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Joshua L. Baugh, 20, 3600 block of East Wabash Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 3:19 a.m. Failure to appear and theft.

Cody A. Archer, 21, 2000 block of Blaine Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 4:03 a.m. Probation violation.

Charles J. Corey, 22, 1900 block of Sixth Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 5:14 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
