TERRE HAUTE —
A sober ride program meant to stave off any Halloween traffic goblins is being made available to revelers this weekend.
Fleschner, Stark, Tanoos & Newlin law firm is teaming up with Yellow Cab to provide free cab rides home to those living in the city of Terre Haute and in the West Terre Haute area. The rides are available from 8 p.m. Saturday to 3 a.m. Sunday.
Cab rides are provided from a bar or restaurant to an individual’s residence. Riders should call a half-hour before wanting to be picked up, and are required to remove any Halloween masks before the ride. To request a free cab ride home during the sober ride program, call Yellow Cab at 812-478-5000.
