TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.



Tuesday

• Carl L. Humphrey, 43, 3500 block of South Odell, Bloomington, booked 7:36 a.m. Failure to appear (two counts).

• Kyle Willig, 27, 200 block of West Hickory Wood Avenue, West Terre Haute, booked 2:52 p.m. Probation violation and bond revocation.

• Lorna L. Cottom, 47, Terre Haute, no address given, Terre Haute, booked 3:49 p.m. Probation violation.

• Stewart J. Macpherson, 58, 600 block of Third Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 6:12 p.m. Battery and resisting law enforcement.

• Emanuel D. Bained, 37, 1100 block of Cleveland Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 6:41 p.m. Criminal conversion and parole violation.

• Story Crabtree, 24, 600 block of Washington Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 7:06 p.m. Bond revocation (two counts) and false reporting.

• Anthony M. Campbell, 46, no address given, Terre Haute, booked 7:32 p.m. Battery-domestic.

Wednesday

• Sunny S. Jones, 37, 2000 block of 13th 1/2 Street, Terre Haute, booked 2 a.m. Failure to appear.

• Rha-Keisha A. Dean, 21, 2400 block of Fifth Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 2:26 a.m. Failure to appear (two counts).

• Bradley K. Nutter II, 24, 1800 block of North 12th Street, Terre Haute, booked 5:30 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

• Andrew I. Hogue, 22, 1400 block of Elm Street, Terre Haute, booked 6:14 a.m. Probation violation.

• Alan W. Dove, 36, no address given, Terre Haute, booked 11:11 a.m. Court order.

• Robert E. Bauer, 32, 3900 block of Tower, Terre Haute, booked 12:20 p.m. Burglary.

• Maron A. Mitchell, 24, 1900 block of Blaine Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 2:22 p.m. Contempt of court.

• Eric M. Blackburn, 31, 7900 block of Sweetwater Court, Terre Haute, booked 3:57 p.m. Failure to appear.

• Marianne M. Saville, 31, 200 block of Marigold Drive, Terre Haute, booked 4:29 p.m. Receiving stolen property.

• Jason A. Todd, 34, 2200 block of Locust Street, Terre Haute, booked 4:48 p.m. Residential entry, invasion of privacy and battery (two counts).

• Kenneth R. Masterman, 28, 2200 block of Fifth Street, Terre Haute, booked 5:48 p.m. Court order.

• Nathan A. Placentia, 40, no address given, Skagway, Ark., booked 6:21 p.m. Failure to appear.

• Maurice L. Martin, 33, 2200 block of First Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 6:39 p.m. Criminal trespass.

• Heather N. Crowther, 20, 4200 block of South Spring Acres, Terre Haute, booked 8:07 p.m. Fraud.

• Jorgio A. Lowe, 24, 1900 block of North 23rd 1/2 Drive, Terre Haute, booked 9:09 p.m.  Public intoxication and disorderly conduct.  

• Angel D. Estremera, 23, 1100 block of South 11th Street, Terre Haute, booked 9:34 p.m.  Criminal trespass.

• James M. Porter, 39, 1100 block of Wabash Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 9:58 p.m. Failure to appear.

• David S. Hall, 43, 2300 block of Washington, Terre Haute, booked 10:21 p.m. Public intoxication and resisting law enforcement.

• Devinn Null, 18, 500 block of East 43rd 1/2 Drive, Terre Haute, booked 10:37 p.m. Failure to appear and criminal conversion.  

• Steven J. Massutti, 31, 1400 block of South 11th 1/2 Street, Terre Haute, booked 11:04 p.m. Resisting law enforcement.

Thursday

• Jeffery L. Hickman, 30, 3800 block of College Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 12:13 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

• David G. Bouffard, 32, 4200 block of East 75th Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 1:01 a.m.   Probation violation.

• David A. Sandifer Jr., 32, 1400 block of Plumm, Terre Haute, booked 3:16 a.m. Probation violation and false reporting.



Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
