TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were Booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Wednesday and Thursday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Wednesday

Emily E. Gaston, 24, 700 block of South Sixth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 10:12 a.m. Invasion of privacy.

Jessica R. Duke, 31, 9400 block of North Eppert Street, Rosedale. Booked 4:02 p.m. Bond revocation and escape.

Margaret A. Sutton, 49, 25000 block of East Fishback Road, Marshall, Ill. Booked 4:55 p.m. Criminal conversion.

Michelle M. Myers, 43, 200 block of North State Avenue, Indianapolis. Booked 6:15 p.m. Probation violation.

William L. Nicoson, 51, 1400 block of Grand Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 11:34 p.m. Failure to appear.

Thursday

Donald L. Hardesty, 27, 100 block of West Wheeler Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked midnight. Operating while intoxicated.

Michael J. Rybka, 18, 10100 block of East Railroad Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 12:44 a.m. Operating while intoxicated, possession of marijuana/hash and possession of paraphernalia.

Damien D. Tyler, 33, 1700 block of South 17th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 2:08 a.m. Habitual traffic violator.

Rita P. Thompson, 58, 200 block of South Seventh Street, Terre Haute. Booked 2:56 a.m. Public intoxication.

Howard J. Moody, 31, 1700 block of South 26th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 3:26 a.m. Failure to appear.

Brandon M. Franklin, 24, 1300 block of First Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 3:27 a.m. Probation violation.

Belinda M. Reardanz, 49, 3700 block of East Tuttle Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 3:40 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
