TERRE HAUTE —
The Landing in Terre Haute is going ahead with its big fireworks show Tuesday night.
The show has been deemed safe to go ahead despite extremely dry and hot weather conditions that have lead to the cancellation of several other Wabash Valley fireworks shows.
The Landing’s “Light up the Wabash” event will feature the large fireworks display at dusk Tuesday night. It will also feature music, games, food and drinks. Gates will open Tuesday at 5:30 p.m.
Admission is $3 per person with VIP parking available at $10 per vehicle.
The Landing is on the former Elks Club property on Fort Harrison Road near the Wabash River.
