TERRE HAUTE —
Five men were arrested on allegations of dealing cocaine.
Detective Doug Bensinger of the Terre Haute Police Department reported in Vigo Superior Court 6 that the men were at an apartment on Swan Street when a warrant was executed by the Vigo County Drug Task Force. Police found cash, bags of cocaine, and handguns and ammunition in the apartment.
Arrested for suspicion of dealing cocaine and maintaining a common nuisance were Demario King, 23, of Terre Haute; Desmond A. Mockabee, 22, of Danville, Ill.; Asa Fisher, 22, of Indianapolis; and Charles Reeves, 23, of Terre Haute. Johnny Topps, 28, of Terre Haute, was arrested for on allegations of dealing cocaine and visiting a common nuisance.
Their next court date is Thursday. Judge Michael Lewis set their bails at $100,000, with no 10 percent allowed.
