TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Thursday and Friday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Thursday

• Brandi Martin, 29, 1500 block Second Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 10:33 a.m. Forgery and probation violation.

• Denielle R. Pharr, 24, 400 block of East Lincoln, Terre Haute, booked 12:42 p.m. Failure to appear.

• Demario N. King, 23, 1300 block of North 13th Street, Terre Haute, booked 1:35 p.m. Dealing cocaine and maintaining a common nuisance.

• Desmond A. Mockabee, 22, Danville, Ill., booked 1:46 p.m. Failure to appear, dealing cocaine and maintaining a common nuisance.

• Asa Fisher, 22, Indianapolis, booked 2:04 p.m. Dealing cocaine and maintaining a common nuisance.

• Charles Reeves, 23, 600 block of Swan Street, Terre Haute, booked 2:18 p.m. Dealing cocaine and maintaining common nuisance.

• Johnny Topps, 28, 1400 block South Fourth Street, Terre Haute, booked 3:13 p.m. Dealing cocaine and visiting common nuisance.

• Donald Allen, 42, 800 block of South Sixth Street, Terre Haute, booked 3:30 p.m. Theft.

• Thomas W. Floyd, 47, 600 block of South Murphy, Brazil, booked 4 p.m. Bond revocation.

• Jonathan E. Sivley, 20, 5500 block of East Old Maple Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 5:24 p.m. Failure to appear.

• Darryel L. Porter, 54, 2900 block of  Krumbhaar Street, Terre Haute, booked 7:31 p.m. Public intoxication and leaving the scene.

• Cynthia Lynn Phelps, 39, 2200 block of East Haythorne Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 10:11 p.m. Criminal conversion.

• Austin J. Sedletzeck, 20, 1400 block of North 23rd Street, Terre Haute, booked 11:39 p.m. Resisting law enforcement.

• Randall D. Utterback, 54, 8300 block of Springhill Road, booked 7:57 p.m. Public intoxication and possession of marijuana.

Friday

• Willis G. Heck, 23, 1100 block of North Ninth Street, Terre Haute, booked 12:51 a.m. Public intoxication, resisting law enforcement, criminal mischief and criminal trespass.

• Billy Lockard, 33, 6400 block Cox Road, Terre Haute, booked 1:04 a.m. Driving while intoxicated.

• Stephanie E. Snodgrass, 20, 2000 block of Blueridge Drive, Terre Haute, booked 1:27 a.m. Failure to appear.

• Dominic Smith, 18, 2200 block of North 26th Street, Terre Haute, booked 2:32 a.m. Possession marijuana.

• Nathan Gabaldon-Curtis, 21, no address, booked 3:18 a.m. Minor in possession.

• Jeffrey Lee Strole, 63, 2200 block of Locust Street, Terre Haute, booked 3:28 a.m. Driving while intoxicated.

• Destiny Drone, 22, 800 block of Windsor Road, Terre Haute, booked 3:36 a.m. Driving while intoxicated.

• Shannon D. Tasney, 40, 1500 block of Third Avenue, Terre Haute, booked at 3:36 a.m. Battery.

• Misty M. Padgett, 22, 300 block South Third Street, West Terre Haute, booked 3:45 a.m. Criminal conversion.

• Jason A. Essex, 24, 400 block of West Miller, West Terre Haute, booked 3:52 a.m. Criminal conversion.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
