TERRE HAUTE — A trial for a Terre Haute man accused of class-A felony child molestation is now set for April 27 in Vigo Superior Court 3.
Bobby Harlan, 63, appeared with attorney William S. Frankel IV in court Monday in front of Judge David Bolk to receive the new date.
An October trial originally scheduled for Harlan was vacated due to court congestion.
Harlan was arrested May 22 by Indiana State Police for allegedly molesting a female acquaintance.
