Fuqua Elementary School is planning its annual charity auction for Tuesday, with proceeds going to support the American Red Cross Wabash Valley Chapter.
The event begins at 6 p.m. in the school’s gymnasium with food, drinks and browsing. The live auction begins at 6:45 p.m. Door prizes and a silent auction also are planned. John Newman is serving as auctioneer.
Among the items to be auctioned are DVDs, Dollywood tickets, overnight stays at hotels, skating passes, family passes for Children’s Museum, membership at Wabash Valley Sports Center, new flat-screen TV, coffee and tea basket, chocolate basket, Colts basket, Italian basket, sunflower items basket, bowling passes, car care items, camping chair, new jewelry, new bicycles, Avon basket, cornhole game, dresser, nightstand, purse and accessory basket, new ceiling fan and a Casino Aztar package ($300 value).
