Vigo County Jail Log: Nov. 16, 2012

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Thursday and Friday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Thursday, Nov. 15

Dustin Griffin, 30, 1900 block of Beech Street, Terre Haute, booked 2:21 p.m. Court order.

Dwayne A. Anderson, 20, 1200 block of East Dawn Drive, Terre Haute, booked at 7:58 p.m. Possession of marijuana.

Anthony D. Mitchell, 18, 1000 block of Maple Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 8:03 p.m. Possession of marijuana, dealing marijuana.

Erica R. Lapp, 28, 300 block of North Main Street, Bloomingdale, booked 8:28 p.m. Theft.

Thomas R. Rudisel, 33, 800 block of North Fifth Street, Terre Haute, booked 8:30 p.m. Battery.

John E. Gilbert, 36, 400 block of Palm Street, Marshall, Ill., booked 10:08 p.m. Driving while intoxicated.

Friday, Nov. 16

Steven C. Phillips, 20, 700 block of North Seventh Street, Terre Haute, booked 2:30 a.m. Driving while intoxicated, minor consuming.

Micole Vinson, 18, Bloomburg Hall, Terre Haute, booked 3:18 a.m. Minor consuming.

Hannah Deane, 18, Cromwell Hall, Terre Haute, booked 3:22 a.m. Minor consuming, driving while intoxicated.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
