Wednesday

Whitney R. Shaw, 22, 800 block of East Royce Drive, Terre Haute. Booked 7:34 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Kelvin R. McCloud, 49, 1400 block of Maple Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 3:10 p.m. Failure to appear (two counts) and false reporting.

Shaughn M. Haring, 41, 5400 block of Lagoon Court, Terre Haute. Booked 3:52 p.m. Receiving stolen property.

Rafael A. Santana Jr., 31, 3100 block of West 17th Street, Cleveland. Booked 4:08 p.m. Probation violation.

Ebony L. Ford, 22, no address, Terre Haute. Booked 4:31 p.m. Probation violation.

Christopher L. DeMoss, 30, 4400 block of East County Road 850 North, Otwell. Booked 4:48 p.m. Probation violation.

Jeremiah D. Jackson, 30, 300 block of South Meridian, Jasonville. Booked 4:54 p.m.  Failure to appear.

Jesse K. Laffoon, 29, 2300 block of Fifth Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 5:08 p.m. Failure to appear.

Rachel A. Meneely, 30, 2300 block of Fifth Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 5:18 p.m. Bond revocation.

Roberto Linarez Jr., 20, 10 Foulkes Drive, Terre Haute. Booked 5:37 p.m. Bond revocation.

Chad E. Downey, 35, 2000 block of Park Street, Terre Haute. Booked 7:19 p.m. Probation violation (two counts).

Jerry D. Smith, 22, 1400 block of South 25th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 9:48 p.m. Failure to appear.

Adrian M. Mullenix, 32, 3400 block of East County Road 100 North, Centerpoint. Booked 11:10 p.m. Operating while intoxicated and failure to appear.

Thursday

Amy R.  Keller, 39, 1400 block of Fourth Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 1:14 a.m. Operating while intoxicated and possession of a controlled substance.

Christopher L. Morgan, 28, 1900 block of North 30th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 1:19 a.m. Failure to appear.

Kiana D. Johnson, 20, 1600 block of South Center Street, Terre Haute. Booked 1:35 a.m. Battery.

Ryshawn Thornton, 22, 2300 block of Tippecanoe Street, Terre Haute. Booked 3:08 a.m. Possession of marijuana/hash and operating while intoxicated.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
