Monday

• Evan Watkins, 40, 700 block of Oak Street, Terre Haute. Booked 12:52 p.m. Failure to appear.

• Darin M. Wilson, 29, 500 block of South 21st Street, Terre Haute. Booked 3:24 p.m. Burglary, resisting law enforcement, failure to appear and criminal mischief.

• Jacquelyn O. Shouse, 58, 2200 block of Garfield Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 3:57 p.m. Probation violation.

• Matthew W. Cook, 30, no address, Terre Haute. Booked 4:33 p.m. Burglary, resisting law enforcement and criminal mischief.

• Albert L. Hamilton, 38, 600 block of Third Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 4:55 p.m. Failure to appear.

• Tiffany G. Patton, 25, 1500 block of South 17th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 5:48 p.m. Failure to appear.

• Emily E. Gaston, 24, 500 block of Willow Street, Terre Haute. Booked 7:02 p.m. Criminal conversion.

• Devlin C. Decker, 22, 100 block of Kent Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 8:32 p.m. Public intoxication and disorderly conduct.

• John E. Manley II, 55, 1800 block of Woodlawn Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 9:09 p.m. Operating while intoxicated.

• Jamar E. Dashillas, 18, 1400 block of South Ninth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 10:18 p.m. Robbery.

• Prentiss A. Huff, 34, 100 block of North First Street, Terre Haute. Booked 11:29 p.m. Bond revocation and rape.



Tuesday

• Michael A. Bones, 37, 2600 block of South McCullough Place, West Terre Haute. Booked 2:34 a.m. Resisting law enforcement and failure to appear.

• Lawrence M. Guydon, 26, 2300 block of Beech Street, Terre Haute. Booked 5:11 a.m. Failure to appear.



Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
