The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.



Friday

• Billy Eugene Hoctor, 43, no address. Booked 2:19 p.m. Failure to appear, three counts.

• Stephen Joel “Jody” Dowd, 45, 1000 block Second Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 11:35 p.m. Failure to appear.

Saturday

• John Henery Fuson Jr., 65, 10 block of South Jean Street, Terre Haute. Booked 1:23 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

• Anthony M. Wyrick, 21, 1500 block of U.S. 150, West Terre Haute. Booked 2:23 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

• Felicia M. Barro, 22, 2800 block of South Stultz Street, Terre Haute. Booked 3:30 a.m. Public intoxication.

• Toby Jay Hostetler, 36, 2200 block of Boston Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 5:11 p.m. Failure to appear, two counts.

• Jaylin D. Price, 18, 1200 block West 52nd Drive, Merrillville. Booked 6:59 p.m. Battery.

• Nicky Dean Ribble Jr., 33, 10 block of West Maple, Shelburn. Booked 8:54 p.m. Theft.

• Nicholas J. Goodman, 20, 2000 block East Carr, Terre Haute. Booked 10:17 p.m. Possession of paraphernalia.

• Douglas R. Baker, 59, 3700 block Parkview Drive, Terre Haute. Booked 11:33 p.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Sunday

• Brian C. Blackburn, 22, 10 block of South Center, Marshall. Booked 2:09 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

• Nicholas A. Kellams, 18, 10 block of Durkees Ferry Road, West Terre Haute. Booked 3:12 a.m. Minor consuming.

• James M.S.G. Buckallew, 27, 800 block of South 17th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 3:43 a.m. Theft.

• Jesse P. Kelly, 19, 600 block of Oak Street, Terre Haute. Booked 3:45 a.m. Possession marijuana; failure to appear.

• Sabrina A. Lowe, 26, 300 block Shew Street, Universal. Booked 6:12 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

• Sean Reider, 42, 500 block South Fifth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 5:38 p.m. Criminal conversion.

• Jacob Lee Greggs, 31, 1400 block Third Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 8:57 p.m. Criminal conversion; failure to appear, two counts.

• Gary Niederhelman, 43, 1600 block North 10th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 11:10 p.m. Battery–domestic.

• Ian Patrick Foxworthy, 22, 2200 block East Haythorne Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 11:21 p.m. Intimidation; Public intoxication.

• Victoria Niederhelman, 48, 1600 block North 10th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 11:56 p.m. Battery–domestic.

Monday

• Willie Lee Nesbit Jr., 32, 2100 block Blaine, Terre Haute. Booked 12:17 a.m. Probation violation.

• Sean Michael Cole, 32, 600 block Second Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 2:04 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

• Ronald Decker, 21, Liberty Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 3:43 a.m. Theft.

• Crystal Mae West, 28, 2700 block Eastland Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 5:15 a.m. Failure to appear.
