Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

• William C. Cooper, 29, 200 block of South Ninth Street, West Terre Haute, booked 11:35 a.m. Failure to appear.

• Angela K. Gregerson, 34, 1800 block of North 24th Street, Terre Haute, booked 12:18 p.m. Manufacture of methamphetamine and criminal trespass.  

• Tiffany L. Grassick, 29, 2000 block of North 20th Street, Terre Haute, booked 12:30 p.m. Manufacture of methamphetamine and criminal trespass.

• Robert L. Hernandez, 26, 3000 block of North 14th Street, Terre Haute, booked 2:47 p.m. Failure to appear.

• Charles F. Maffioli, 38, 3100 block of East Linn Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 3:56 p.m. Failure to appear.

• Mitchell G. Binns, 20, 5000 block of Par 4 Lane, Terre Haute, booked 5:08 p.m. Probation violation.

• Dustin A. Nees, 23, 500 East 431⁄2 Drive, Terre Haute, booked 5:46 p.m. Failure to appear.

• Jaramy H. Lewis, 22, 1000 block of South Fourth Street, Terre Haute, booked 6:41 p.m. Disorderly conduct.

• Thomas R. Brosman, 47, 2300 block of North 14th Street, Terre Haute, booked 9:34 p.m. Habitual traffic violator.

• Christopher Critchlow, 31, 2300 block of Sixth Avenue, Terre Haute, 1:43 p.m. Failure to appear.

• Shannon N. Debouse, 37, 800 block of South 10th Street, West Terre Haute, booked 2:19 p.m. Receiving stolen property.

• Kyle E. Marvel, 20, 4300 block of Cook Road, West Terre Haute, booked 4:47 a.m. Battery.
