Tokyo Grill Inc., 920 S. Third St. (2 Critical, 3 Non-Critical) Observed brown substance in handwash sink in dishroom and debris in south kitchen handwash sink; found raw meats stored above vegetables in walk-in cooler.

Hardee’s #1500648, 3381 S. U.S. 41 (2 Critical, 3 Non-Critical) Toppings bar items not marked with time of disposal; handwash sink found unclean.

Randavoo Bar & Grill, 2341 Maple Ave. (2 Critical) Sausage gravy, chili and hard-boiled eggs held past date of consumption (discarded); found ash tray with cigarettes in it in dishroom and box of cigarettes.

Cypress Grille, 1803 N. Third St. (1 Critical, 3 Non-Critical) Bread pudding, hash browns, baked beans and coleslaw not date marked.

Starbucks Coffee Co., 3017 S. U.S. 41 (1 Critical, 1 Non-Critical) No certified food handler on staff.
