Vigo County Jail Log: March 7, 2013

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were Booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Wednesday and Thursday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Wednesday

Kyle S. Jackson, 26, 800 block of North 13th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 12:11 p.m. Criminal conversion.

Douglas L. Elkins, 46, 1800 block of North 10th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 1:16 p.m. Dealing methamphetamine, maintaining a common nuisance and neglect of a dependent.

Dina Newlin, 43, 1800 block of North 10th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 1:56 p.m. Dealing methamphetamine, maintaining a common nuisance and neglect of a dependent.

Brian L. Flowers, 32, 9800 block of North Bluff Street, Rosedale. Booked 2:34 p.m. Failure to appear.

Jesse L. Key, 33, no address, Rockville. Booked 4:08 p.m. Violation of a court order and criminal conversion.

James Patrick, 21, no address, Terre Haute. Booked 4:45 p.m. Probation violation, failure to appear and false reporting.

Jason W. Sickles, 38, 3100 block of East Hollywood Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 6:01 p.m. Failure to appear.

Todd L. Primal, 40, 1400 block of Wabash Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 6:21 p.m. Public intoxication.

Karry A. Milton, 21, 1100 block of South Seventh Street, Terre Haute. Booked 7:21 p.m. Dealing methamphetamine (two counts) and maintaining a common nuisance (two counts).

Thursday

William A. Kendall, 59, 10 block of Lakeview Drive, Marshall, Ill. Booked 1:03 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Steven W. Styles, 31, 1800 block of West Water Oak Drive, Terre Haute. Booked 1:03 a.m. Failure to appear (two counts) and battery-domestic.

Donald L. Hardesty, 27, 100 block of West Wheeler Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 2:06 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Christopher Bowerly, 30, 5300 block of East Greenbriar Drive, Terre Haute. Booked 2:29 a.m. Probation violation.

Kentrel T. Bailey, 20, 900 block of Eighth Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 2:36 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Deondra D. Batten, 25, 200 block of West Wheeler Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 3:42 a.m. Possession of marijuana/hash and resisting law enforcement.

Scott Cates, 40, no address. Booked 6:36 a.m. Court order.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
