TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Friday

Megan Slater, 27, 1900 block of Third Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 11:43 a.m. Probation violation.

Mike Kimberling, 52, 100 block of North Mitchell Street, Hymera, booked 12:19 p.m. Failure to appear (two counts).         

Darryel L. Porter, 54, 1100 block of Dawn Drive, Terre Haute, booked 12:41 p.m. Motor vehicle theft and battery-domestic.

Shawn M. Bass, 25, 2800 block of North 14th, Terre Haute, booked 4:42 p.m. Possession controlled substance.

Dylan M. Smith, 20, 3900 block of East Melton Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 5:06 p.m. Contempt of court.

Brittaney Orman, 19, 2300 block of West Woodland Avenue, West Terre Haute, booked 5:21 p.m. Failure to appear and possession controlled substance.  

Billy Parrish, 22, 300 block of North Eighth, Clinton, booked 6:19 p.m. Failure to appear.

David M. Bays, 41, 2400 block of Barnhardt Road, West Terre Haute, booked 6:23 p.m. Contempt of court.

Christopher M. Brown, 21, 1800 block of East Southern Manor Drive, Terre Haute, booked 6:58 p.m. Contempt of court.

Hillary N. Wheeler, 21, 15800 block of South 51st Place, Prairie Creek, booked 7:51 p.m. Battery.

Justin M. Morrison, 29, 800 block of East Heritage Lane, Terre Haute, booked 9:32 p.m. Contempt of court.

Richard L. Gouker, 32, 500 block of South Eighth, Terre Haute, booked 10 p.m. Court order.

Saturday

Vicki L. Larimer, 63, 3400 block of St. Marys Road, West Terre Haute, booked 12:05 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Leilani E. Birch, 37, 2400 block of South Sixth, Terre Haute, booked 12:24 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

John M. Hill, 37, 9500 block of North Beach Place, New Goshen, booked 12:57 a.m. Failure to appear and operating while intoxicated.   

Michael J. Daugherty, 19, 2500 block of North 28th Street, Terre Haute, booked 5:08 a.m. Operating while intoxicated and possession of marijuana.

Michael Norris, 34., of North 26th Street, Terre Haute, booked 2:15 p.m. Failure to appear.

Clint Farris, 37, 115 South Walnut Street, Hymera, booked 2:43 p.m. Failure to appear.

Heather M. McGowan, 33, 100 block of Aikman, Terre Haute, booked 3:43 p.m. Failure to appear and

bond revocation.

James P. Lawson, 32, 100 block of Aikman Place, Terre Haute, booked 4:14 p.m. Failure to appear.

Robert W. Johnson, 47, 200 block of Dreiser Square, Terre Haute, booked 5:32 p.m. Public intoxication.

Willie L. Holloway, 20, 300 block of South 13th Street, Terre Haute, booked 7:33 p.m. Battery-aggravated and failure to appear.

Alexandrea J. Todd, 23, 2200 block of Locust, Terre Haute, booked 8:54 p.m. Criminal conversion.

Leighann V. Ramey, 19, 8400 block of Spring Creek Road, Terre Haute, booked 10:56 p.m. Operating while intoxicated and possession of marijuana.

Keith A. Bragg, 42, 1800 block of Ohio, Terre Haute, booked 11:17 p.m. Battery-domestic and strangulation.

Leah Bragg, 36, 1800 block of Ohio Street, Terre Haute, booke 11:52 p.m. Battery-domestic.

Juan G. Morales, 21, Fifth and Oak Streets, Terre Haute, booked 2:53 a.m. Battery.

James N. Dixon, 25, 3300 block of Loftus Court, Indianapolis, booked 3:39 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Casie J. Edington, 19, 3500 block of South Fruitridge Street, Terre Haute, booked 3:46 a.m. Operating while intoxicated and minor consuming alcohol.

James Howard, 21, 7800 block of North Meneely Street, Terre Haute, booked 4:46 a.m. Criminal mischief, battery and failure to appear.

Kathleen D. Gress, 52, 1600 block of North 14th Street, Terre Haute, booked 6:59 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Marc A. Lloyd, 32, 2900 block of South Center Street, Terre Haute, booked 6:12 a.m. Stalking.

Christian D. Johnson, 28, 100 block of East Ohio Avenue, Washington, Ohio, booked 7:57 a.m. Possesion of marijuana/hash.

Jesse A. Norton, 19, 2300 block of North 27th Street, Terre Haute, booked 8:32 a.m. Failure to appear.

Jeffrey J. Welsh, 34, 100 block of Dogtown Road,  Washington Ohio, booked 9:43 a.m. Possession of paraphernalia and operating while intoxicated.

Monday

Christopher D. Roe, 39, 2300 block of East Eaton, Terre Haute, booked 1:33 a.m. Failure to appear.

Steffanie M.Dixon, 30, 2300 block of Seabury Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 1:59 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
