Vigo County Jail Log: Sept. 25, 2012

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Monday and Tuesday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Monday

Lacey L. Isabell, 19, 1300 block of Chestnut Street, Terre Haute, booked 9:35 a.m. Bond revocation.

Lenora L. Dove, 35, 200 block of South Ninth Street, West Terre Haute, booked 12:50 p.m. Failure to appear.

Jami M. Busbin, 42, 5300 block of North County Road 850 East, Poland, booked 2:27 p.m. Probation violation.

Ronald Cooper, 48, 200 block of McKinley Boulevard, Terre Haute, booked 3:51 p.m. Battery-police-felony, intimidation and resisting law enforcement.

Darrell E. Shouse, 52, 800 block of Oak Street, Terre Haute, booked 5:08 p.m. Corrupt business influence, and receiving stolen property (two counts).

Zachary K. Beeler, 24, 700 block of North Sharon Street, Terre Haute, booked 5:21 p.m. Criminal conversion.

Paul D. Dillingham, 35, 2100 block of Beech Street, Terre Haute, booked 5:31 p.m. Possession controlled substance.

Miranda D. Patterson, 27, 2100 block of Hendricks Street, Terre Haute, booked 5:49 p.m. Battery-domestic and criminal mischief.  

Daniel W. Dillingham, 31, 2100 block of Beech Street, Terre Haute, booked 5:58 p.m. Battery-domestic.

Daniel Houser, 28, 2300 block of North 13th, Terre Haute, booked 7:01 p.m. Operating while intoxicated.    

Jasmine R. Dwigans, 18, 200 block of Sandeson Hall, Terre Haute, booked 7:51 p.m. Criminal conversion.

Joanna M. Key, 18, 200 block of Sanderson Hall, Terre Haute, booked 7:51 p.m. Criminal conversion.

James W. Harris Jr., 46, 100 block of East Miller Avenue, West Terre Haute, booked 8:49 p.m. Receiving stolen property, false reporting and resisting law enforcement.

Angelina Cianfaglione, 29, 20500 block of East Old Paris Road, Paris, Ill., booked 8:51 p.m. Receiving stolen property.

Kaz A. Doyle, 35, 1900 block of Whitecliff, Indianapolis, booked 11:05 p.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Tuesday

Heather N. Grizzle, 35, 2200 block of North 14th Street, Terre Haute, booked 1:53 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Andrea R. Crawford, 19, 8400 block of Spyglass Drive, Indianapolis, booked 3:36 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Troy L. Pemberton, 42, 1400 block of South 10th Street, Terre Haute, booked 3:54 a.m. Possession of methamphetamine.

Jack C. Price, 21, 2600 block of North 27th Street, Terre Haute, booked 4:09 a.m. Possession of handgun without license.     

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
