Vigo County Jail Log: Aug. 24, 2012

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Thursday and Friday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Thursday

John L. Robertson, 33, 1000 block of Blackman Street, Clinton, booked 10:21 a.m. Possession of marijuana/hash and criminal trespass.

Carol A.Linzy, 23, 2600 block of South 19th Street, Terre Haute, booked 10:58 a.m. Criminal trespass.

Shawn A. Ellington, 49, 2000 block of Crawford, Terre Haute, booked 1:20 p.m. Failure to appear.

Billy E. Seeley, 31, 300 block of South Ninth Street, West Terre Haute, booked 1:34 p.m. Probation violation, manufacture methamphetamine, maintaing a common nuisance and possession of  paraphernalia.  

Jacqueline M. Orme, 29, 2400 block of North 27th Street, Terre Haute, booked 2:13 p.m. Theft.

Justin D. Roacho, 26, 700 block of South Center Street, Terre Haute, booked 3:51 p.m. Failure to appear.

Anthony Brown, 47, 1300 block of North Eighth Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 4:04 p.m. Bond revocation and escape.

Akil M. Washington, 19, 600 block of North Sixth, Terre Haute, booked 5:05 p.m. Criminal conversion and false reporting.

Daniel A. Brown, 26, 2900 block of Maple Avenue, Terre Haute, 5:40 p.m. Failure to return to lawful detention.

Christian S. Footman, 20, 1500 block of Third Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 5:50 p.m. Bond revocation (two counts).

Charles Phillips, 47, 100 block of South Section, Sullivan, booked 6:25 p.m. Failure to appear.

Cory D. Kline, 23, 1300 block of Fifth Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 7:27 p.m. Failure to appear.

John C. Krumreich, 46, 3100 block of Wallace Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 10:49 p.m. Bond revocation and failure to appear.

Joseph Corbin, 27, 2500 block of Seventh Street, Terre Haute, booked 11:24 p.m. Criminal trespass.

Chad A. Vicars, 27, 5500 block of East Grant Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 11:55 p.m. Habitual traffic violator and operating while intoxicated. 

Friday

George M. Walker, 32, 100 block of Banks Road, Johnson City, Tenn., booked 12:01 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Kevin M. Brannon, 18, no address given, booked 12:26 a.m. Burglary and criminal mischief.

Phillip D. Young, 19, no address given, booked 12:26 a.m. Burglary and criminal mischief.  

Joshua T. Cook, 30, 2400 block of East Putnam Street, Terre Haute, booked 1:37 a.m.  Operating while intoxicated, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.

Patrick S. Duffy, 35, 900 block of South 20th, Terre Haute, booked 1:47 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Brent J. Otte, 31, 1400 block of East Aimee Court, Terre Haute, booked 2:02 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Corie Lynch, 22, 4500 block of East Wolf Tree Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 2:06 a.m. Failure to appear.

Logan Buske, 19, 6000 block of South Ernest, Terre Haute, booked 2:25 a.m. Minor consuming alcohol and resisting law enforcement.   

Saeed  Al-Asbahi, 18, 2100 block of Washington Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 2:31 a.m. Minor consuming alcohol, resisting law enforcement and failure to appear.  

Tsali Lough, 18, 500 block of South Fifth, Terre Haute, booked 2:48 a.m. Minor consuming alcohol and resisting law enforcement.

Bradley F.Cooper, 39, 2400 block of North 14th, Terre Haute, booked 3:04 a.m. Operating while intoxicated and leaving scene-property damage.

Braxton R. Collins, 21, 2200 block of Huber Lane, Terre Haute, booked 3:14 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

 Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
