Vigo County Jail Log: Aug. 17, 2012

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Thursday and Friday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Thursday

Carol Ann Linzy, 23, 2600 block of South 19th Street, Terre Haute, booked 6:57 a.m. Criminal trespass.

Tonya M. Flora, 34, 400 block of South 17th Street, Terre Haute, booked 8:38 a.m. Disorderly conduct.

Debra S. McCarty, 44, 1500 block of South Third Avenue, Clinton, booked 12:40 p.m. Bond revocation.

Shana E. Miller, 34, 3200 block of North 22nd Street, Terre Haute, booked 1 p.m. Failure to appear.

Kyle D. Akers, 37, 2500 block of Dillman Street, Terre Haute, booked 6:01 p.m. Resisting law enforcement, possession of controlled substance, criminal recklessness, vehicle theft, theft and failure to appear.

Todd W. Claybaugh, 49, 1400 South Eighth Street, Clinton, booked 9:23 p.m. Bond revocation.

Emilee Lallow-Cox, 34, 400 block of South Seventh Street, Terre Haute, booked 8:36 p.m. Criminal conversion.

Friday

Thomas W. Myrtle, 25, 1900 block of North 23rd Street, Terre Haute, booked 12:16 a.m. Probation violation and failure to appear.

Darius Comer, 30, 500 Heinl Drive, Terre Haute, booked midnight. Failure to appear.

Stacy Gibbs, 32, 7700 block of East Indiana 46, Riley, booked 7:05 a.m. Driving while intoxicated.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
