• James D. Sickles, 33, 2500 block of Harrison Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 1:19 p.m. Failure to appear.

• Danielle Barnhart, 27, 11200 block of East Buick Avenue, Fontanet, booked 2:09 p.m. Court order.

• Jeffery A. Murray, 43, 8000 block of Arrowwood Court, Terre Haute, booked 3:17 p.m. Failure to appear.

• Jill A. Hensley, 47, 8400 block of Bono Road, Terre Haute, booked 3:50 p.m. Operating while intoxicated.

• Howard D. Lawson, 19, 1400 block of College Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 5:01 p.m. Sexual misconduct with minor.

• Brian A. Long, 33, 1100 block of North Ninth Street, Terre Haute, booked 6:03 p.m. Operating while intoxicated.

• Mark A. Hensley, 29, 1100 block of South 20th Street, Terre Haute, booked 6:28 p.m. Court order.

• Toni A. Hiatt, 36, 600 block of Swan, Terre Haute, booked 6:46 p.m. Court order.

• Kristen Brossman, 24, 600 block of South 19th Street, Terre Haute, booked 6:48 p.m. Court order.

• Timothy R. Fiddler, 32, 1600 block of Blaine Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 8:47 p.m. Failure to appear.

• Kelly L. Kimmel, 27, 300 block of South Ninth, Terre Haute, booked 9:01 p.m. Failure to appear.

• Leslie J. Mason, 34, 11100 block of Second Avenue, Fontanet, booked 3:25 a.m. Failure to appear.

• David W. Rayhel, 20, 1200 block of North 10th Street, Terre Haute, booked 4:30 a.m. Resisting law enforcement and minor consuming alcohol (two counts).

• Joey W. Floyd, 27, 200 block of North 13th Street, Terre Haute, booked 5:35 a.m. Battery.

• David Paul, 28, 10200 block of South Sherfick Lane, Rosedale, booked 9:37 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

• Michael A. Myers, 33, 600 block of Linden, Terre Haute, booked 2:18 p.m. Parole violation.

• Amber L. Lewis, 34, 1000 block of Nebeker, Clinton, booked 11:57 p.m. Operating while intoxicated.

• John M. Moore, 19, 60900 block of Ash Road, Osceola, booked 1:24 a.m. Battery-by body waste, resisting law enforcement and disorderly conduct.  

• Jodie S. Smith, 46, 11300 block of Spring Creek Road, Terre Haute, booked 2:11 a.m.  Operating while intoxicated.

• Jared Z. Emmery, 21, 1000 block of South Fourth Street, Terre Haute, booked 2:21 a.m. Failure to appear.

• Jesse A. Norton, 19, 25300 block of East Fishback Road, Marshall, Ill., booked 2:28 a.m. Public indecency and public intoxication.

• Allen M. Hazen, 21, 2200 block of Winslow, Terre Haute, 3:12 p.m. Invasion of privacy.

• Zachary Stableton, 19, 2600 block of North 12th Street, Terre Haute, booked 3:19 p.m. Minor consuming.

• James E. Followell, 43, 1300 block of Maple Street, Marshall, Ill., booked 4:30 a.m. Operating while intoxicated, possession of paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

• Joseph R. Brentlinger, 21, 6300 block of North Clinton Street, Terre Haute, booked 6:40 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

• Leslie R. Vaughn, 26, 1300 block of Fifth Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 11:35 a.m. Battery.

• Mark A. Porter, 49, 1400 block of North Third Street, Terre Haute, booked 4:19 p.m.   Probation violation and failure to appear.   

• Kyle W. Shannon, 29, 300 block of North Main Street, Clinton, booked 4:20 p.m. Failure to appear (two counts).

• Ernest E. Atkinson, 31, 1500 block of Second Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 5:01 p.m. Failure to register sex/violent offender.

• Lacy J. Powers, 22, 1600 block of Fairway Courts, Clinton, booked 6:32 p.m. Criminal conversion.

Monday

• Brian Ball, 18, 1600 block of North 27th Street, Terre Haute, booked 3:27 a.m. Failure to appear.



Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
