Vigo County Jail Log: Aug. 29, 2012

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Tuesday and Wednesday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Tuesday

Brandon J. Plew, 19, 100 block of Park Lane, Hutsonville, Ill. booked 8:23 a.m. Theft and resisting law enforcement.   

Roberto Linarez Jr., 19, 1600 block of Poplar Street, Terre Haute, booked 8:56 a.m. Theft, false reporting and resisting law enforcement.

Bartlett B. Livingston, 50, 1500 block of Walnut, Terre Haute, booked 9:53 a.m. Parole violation and failure to appear.    

Carolyn K. Rudy, 21, 2200 block of Sycamore, Terre Haute, booked 1:55 p.m. Resisting law enforcement and disorderly conduct.

Angela L. Walker, 37, 3300 block of Sherburne Circle, Indianapolis, booked 2:18 p.m. Resisting law enforcement.

Lisa Ashba, 46, 2700 block of State Road 63 North, Sullivan, booked 2:59 p.m. Criminal conversion.

Billy R. Price, 25, 2600 block of North 27th Street, Terre Haute, booked 6:59 p.m. Driving while suspended.

Shannon K. Yocum, 36, 1300 block of Dreiser Square, Terre Haute, booked 8:54 p.m. Criminal conversion.

Shelby C. Piercefield, 37, 5300 block of North 14th 1/2 Street, Terre Haute, booked 9:19 p.m. Criminal conversion.

Edwin B. Phillips, 56, 5100 block of East Old Ft. Harrison Road, Terre Haute, booked 9:37 p.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Nikoa R. Orman, 30, 6900 block of West U.S. Hwy 40, Brazil, booked 10:41 p.m. Failure To appear.

Wednesday

William L. Pitts, 39, 3400 block of Maryvale Road 117, Terre Haute, booked 12:02 a.m. Resisting law enforcement, operating while intoxicated, possession of marijuana, reckless driving and failure to appear.  

James A. Brice, 18, 500 block of Vermont Street, Gary, booked 12:09 a.m. Possession of sawed-off shot gun.

Wayne M. Allen, 18, 1100 block of Wyatt, Las Vegas, booked 12:25 a.m. Possession of sawed-off shot gun.

Donald E. Francis, 24, 1100 block of North Sixth, Terre Haute, booked 1:11 a.m. Battery.

Jesse K. Fildes, 29, 2100 block of Cobblestone  Way Court, Terre Haute, booked 1:26 a.m.  Court order.

 Justin Charlton, 18, 4300 block of South Fifth Street, Terre Haute, booked 1:52 a.m. Voyeurism, indecent exposure and public indecency.

Tammy L. Towles, 44, 2600 block of North 13th Street, Terre Haute, booked 2:20 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Lawrence Pennington, 18, no address given, booked 2:54 a.m. Possession of marijuana/hash and possession of paraphernalia.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
