Vigo County Jail Log: Aug. 28, 2012

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Monday and Tuesday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Monday

Haleigh K. Euratte, 24, 200 block of Adams Boulevard, Terre Haute, booked 9:31 a.m. Public intoxication.

John L. Robertson, 33, 1000 block of Blackman Street, Clinton, booked 11:01 a.m. Failure to appear.

Brian M. Baker, 34, 2100 block of Seabury Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 12:42 p.m. Forgery, receiving stolen property and failure to appear.  

Kevin J. Mallery, 28, 500 block of South Alabama, Brazil, booked 1:06 p.m. Failure to appear (two counts).

Howard R. Nicoson, 33, 7100 block of North 32nd Street, Terre Haute, booked 1:28 p.m. Court order.

Jose G. Gonzales, 39, 6000 Eldridge Road, Terre Haute, booked 2:37 p.m. Child molesting.

Haleigh K. Euratte, 24, 200 block of Adams Boulevard, Terre Haute, booked 2:51 p.m. Failure to appear.

Rickie L. Hedden Jr., 32, 700 block of South Ninth Street, Terre Haute, booked 8:25 p.m. Failure to appear.

Jamie J. Cottingham, 36, 800 block of South Sixth Street, Terre Haute, booked 9:20 p.m. Public intoxication, public nudity, criminal trespass and resisting law enforcement.  

Katie L. Nash, 23, 2400 block of South 11th Street, Terre Haute, booked 11:03 p.m. Theft and court order.

Tuesday

Shandon R. Laffoon, 31, 2900 block of Krumbhaar Street, Terre Haute, booked 1 p.m. Failure to appear.

Tyron D. Robinson, 35, 1400 block of South 17th Street, Terre Haute, booked 5:38 p.m. Violation of no contact order.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
